- MSMarshall SatterfieldJul 30, 20261.0First time I came here it was great all of the people were awesome whatever is going on today no one wants to work looks like they just hate life, when they scrub your car when you first come in they barely touched the side of my car and didn't even get the other side at all and I feel like they scratched the car way worse hitting it sideways with the brush already dealing with scratches from the car wash itself but if the people are going to do it worse than why would they do that just stop to the people who work here if you're jealous of our cars then you should probably look at yourself in your own cars in the parking lot instead of getting salty and half-assing your job

Their scanner would not recognize my car. I tried to show the manager that the money was coming out of my account but he could have cared less. I tried to contact upper management to have a month refunded when I could not enter for several months at their phone number. I left 5-6 messages but nobody even bothered to call back. Nobody cared locally or at their corporate office. I then had to cancel my service and left a detailed explanation there too… but zero response even then. I have contacted my bank as they agreed that they were fraudulent in taking my money and refusing to even offer help.Their local Managment does not care and the corporate office could care less as well. Don’t get suckered into letting these thieves take your money!!
