  I was driving to Tampa when I had a problem with my car and had to pull over. Luckily there was a tire kingdom close by. When I parked, George came out to my car, asked how he can help, took me immediately and solved the problem. Very nice guy, good customer service, quick fast service

  I can’t say enough good things about George, Adam, and the team at Tire Kingdom in Punta Gorda. I found myself in a tough spot after having a tire issue on the highway. I called the store, and George immediately took my call, reassured me, and told me to come right in. From the moment I arrived, the service was quick, friendly, and professional. George and Adam made me feel welcome, took care of my tire, and even took the time to educate me on the process so I understood exactly what was going on. What could have been an annoying and disappointing delay turned into one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had in a long time. They were honest, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about helping me get back on the road safely. It’s rare these days to find people who go above and beyond, but George and Adam did exactly that. They reminded me that there are still good people in this world who take pride in their work and truly care about their customers. I would absolutely recommend Tire Kingdom in Punta Gorda to anyone needing tire service. In fact, I’d recommend them so highly that you might be tempted to intentionally mess up a tire just to experience their customer service yourself, although I don’t actually recommend that part! Thank you again, George and Adam, for turning a stressful situation into such a positive experience.

  I am down on vacation from Ohio and on my way back my mother in laws car went in limp mode. I called Tire Kindom and they said they could look and see if it was the wheel speed sensor. I had replaced the battery in her car the day before and maybe I hit the wheel speed sensor. I called them they said they could do it. We drive over in limp mode not good for the car but no option. We get there and explain the situation and now there saying there afraid they could be at fault for something else. I just wanted the sensor replaced to see if that was the issue. We have 4 kids in the car trying to get back home but the Store Manager said he was afraid he would be liable for other issues. Like really you get free money if it's not the sensor and if it is Im back on the road. But nope was refused service for really no reason except he's afraid we'll blame his shop which we have never been to before.
