  I had to have my tires replaced, the date available per the website was Saturday, they actually got the tires, the alignment and replaced the windshield wipers by Friday afternoon and at a reasonable price. I was very happy with the service!

  Extremely Disappointing Experience – Poor Customer Service and Lack of Respect for Customers I have been coming to Tire Kingdom for years and have trusted them with the tires on two different vehicles. Unfortunately, my experiences over the past six weeks have been so disappointing that I feel compelled to share what happened. On August 27th, I purchased two new tires for the front of my car. The staff decided I needed four new tires but had to order the additional two. Instead of simply installing the two new tires I purchased on the front, they moved my old tires to the front and put the new tires on the rear. When I questioned this decision, I was essentially treated like I didn’t know what I was talking about. They insisted they had my safety in mind, but the way my concerns were dismissed was unacceptable. My husband was understandably very upset about the situation as well. I also paid for a wheel alignment during that visit. Since they moved my tires around, my car has been shaking worse than it did before. That is not the result I expected after paying for new tires and an alignment. Six weeks later, I returned to replace the other two tires, which were now on the front. To my surprise, the exact same tires were suddenly $50 more per tire—a $100 increase in just six weeks. When I questioned the price difference, instead of receiving a straightforward explanation, I was met with excuses and jokes. First, someone blamed it on “we voted for Trump.” When I made it clear I was seriously asking about the price, they joked that the dollar amount changes every day. I pointed out that a $50 increase per tire in six weeks seemed like a lot more than ordinary inflation. Then came the explanation that I was getting Goodyear Eagle Sport tires. My response? That’s exactly what I purchased last time! Next, I was asked if I was getting an alignment. I reminded them that my alignment was under warranty and should be free. Only after going through all of these explanations did they finally bring up tariffs because the tires were made in Canada. Maybe tariffs played a role, but the point is that I had to keep pushing for a legitimate explanation while being treated as though my questions were ridiculous. At that point, I should have taken my car and my business elsewhere. However, Tire Kingdom had already taken a nonrefundable deposit from me. If I went somewhere else, I would have had to order the tires again, take additional time off work, and make another trip—I already drive 45 minutes to get to this location. Because of those circumstances, I gave in and paid the difference, even though I did not feel the price increase had been properly explained or justified. What bothered me most wasn’t simply the price increase. It was the complete lack of transparency, professionalism, and respect. I felt like I was being jerked around and expected to pay the bill without questioning anything. I am a paying customer, and I have every right to ask questions about the work being done on my vehicle and the prices I’m being charged. I should not have to argue to be taken seriously, especially when it comes to my safety and my money. After years of doing business with Tire Kingdom and trusting them with two different vehicles, being treated like a dummy on two separate visits within six weeks is unacceptable. I expected better service, honest communication, and basic respect. Unfortunately, this experience has seriously damaged my trust in Tire Kingdom. I hope management takes this feedback seriously because customers deserve better than this

  I was in Naples coaching a soccer game and driving back home to Bradenton when my car suddenly started violently shaking. I pulled off at the nearest exit and honestly started crying at a gas station trying to figure out what was wrong and if it had something to do with my oil. My mom had my location and told me there was a Tire Kingdom nearby, so I decided to go there and see if they could figure it out. Tom came out to my car, felt my tire, and immediately knew it was a tire issue. They were able to get me two new tires and an alignment done within an hour. I feel so incredibly blessed that I got off at that exit and that this Tire Kingdom happened to be there. I was stressed, scared, and just wanted to get home, and Tom and his crew were so kind and helpful. Thank you so much for everything you did for me today. I truly hope the kindness and blessing you gave me comes back to you tenfold. I am incredibly thankful. ❤️ I highly recommend Tom and the entire Tire Kingdom team to anyone who needs tire or automotive service!

  I can’t tell you how much Tom and George saved the day for me. Living 2 hours away in St Pete and still having to drive family to airport in Fort Myers. I had a flat tire. I was able to drive directly to Tire Kingdom and I met Tom. He was so helpful and understanding. When I tell you I was nervous, crying and lost on what to do; Tom assured we can get it done. Then here comes George the Assistant Manager. A former Massachusetts resident! Felt like being back in Mass. He was so reassuring to me and talking me down from having a nervous breakdown. Prices were great and reasonable. I can’t thank these gentlemen enough for all assistance and getting me out of there in plenty of time to head to the airport. This would have never been done elsewhere. I feel so grateful and honored to walk into that store. Don’t be afraid to go to a Tire Kingdom. I will refer everyone to them.

  Had a great experience. Tom and George took the time to help me out with balancing my tires and took the time to show me what was causing my problem. They were very honest. I will be bringing my car back to them in the future to have other work done. Very happy with my overall experience.
