  We came in around closing time, not realizing it almost closing. They let us go through the wash without informing us that the vacuums would not be available afterwards. The big part of going to a car wash is to use the “free” vacuum service. A courtesy of informing us that we would be paying full price, but not receive the full service would have been appreciated before taking our money. We asked if they could turn the vacuums on and they refused.

  Absolute best car wash. I use this to wash my work truck. If my company didnt pay for the washes, I would myself. I am driving through mud, sand, and other construction roads daily. Due to this, i usually use the facility 1-2 times a week. I especially like the car wash since they have a pre-wash station. A "staging area" if you will. There are multiple stations with hoses, brushes, soap.... for customers to prepare their vehicle before their wash. This is a must for me. Even though the wash is great, it wouldnt remove all the road debris and clay/sands packed on my truck. In the past, I have avoided car washes like these and used an on site pressure washer or my pressure washer at home. But then I am left to scrub every inch of the truck. The amenities at this car wash are outstanding. Microfiber towels everywhere, interior cleaner, glass cleaner, floor mat cleaners. Pretty much everything you can think of all at one place. Thanks Sud Stop!

  I have been to many automatic car washes in this town and others. I have been subscribed to every one of them for at least over a month. Most of them when I started with them we're brand new just like this location. The difference is that this car wash is far superior than almost all the others I have used it drives the car better it has abilities to not scratch your paint if your car has softer paint. Tesla's are known to have a softer paint from the factory and their system automatically knew that and used a soft touch option on my car. It's still washes the car perfectly it's still scrubs it and the wheels and the rims but without being so harsh on the paint. They're pre-scrub area is among the best I've ever seen they have five pre-wash stations minimum and each one of them includes a hose multiple different kinds of brushes and air hoses and everything. Then when you're done they have all the ability to dry and wash and clean everything with every kind of hose and attachment and sprayer that you would need and even the things to clean your carpets and the external washer. One of the major points here is that the staff is very friendly they are really chill they always offer a air freshener I have the highest monthly plan right now and it's the most satisfying one I've ever had and it's among the cheapest compared to others but with nice quality. Even one day when I was out drying my car one of the staff came out and asked me if I needed help seeing that I'm partially disabled. I did decline but it was nice that they offered. Today I got to meet Dillan. As usual he was nice and courteous and helped out. One of the other things I enjoy is that when you are rolling your car up they make sure that you're getting there and then when you get in not only do they just push the button they check what you first and make sure you're okay and that you got your car in the right mode they wait for the thumbs up and when you give it to them you're ready to go they even pre-wash your car before you get inside it. Grade a best car wash all of Charlotte County and the surrounding areas.

  Sud Stop truly “outshines” the other competitors out there. I’ve been to many washes but this one is an absolute home run! Very attentive staff, Chanise was super nice and offered to dry off my car. Plenty of useful amenities and covered parking! Their membership pricing for the top tier wash is extremely reasonable and worth every penny! Wash quality is extremely thorough and leaves your car looking freshly waxed! Highly recommend!
