  Do yourself a favor and bring your vehicle anywhere but here. Been coming here for oil changes for sometime, this location has serviced my vehicle multiple times for oil changes. Pull into the bay, go through the usual questions and prompts, I can feel the technician underneath the vehicle cranking on the bolt to loosen up the oil drain plug. Everything seems to be going normal until the young man approaches my window and says that the drain plug is stripped, was not stripped when I got here was not stripped when your guy with the torque wrench started cranking on it. Tells me that they will be ordering the plug and I will have to come back, if they can’t take the bolt out of the drain pan I wouldn’t trust them to do much of anything else here. No, I did not ask to see a manager and no, I did not make a scene about it. This location clearly needs to be managed better and the technicians need to be trained, zero out of five do not recommend coming here bring your vehicle somewhere else unless you want the neighborhood Kids wrenching on your car with no guidance

  **If I could give this Jiffy Lube zero stars, I would.** My experience started off on the wrong foot the day I had my oil change on **June 3**. I was asked to wait inside while the service was being completed, but the waiting area smelled like a hot, dirty bathroom. The odor was so overwhelming that I ended up waiting outside for most of the service. Before my vehicle even serviced, I was told I needed new brakes, new tires, a new filter, and several other services. I understand businesses offer additional recommendations, but the amount of upselling felt excessive and made me question if I was being viewed as a customer who could easily be pressured into spending more money. As a woman who came in alone, that was not a good feeling. Not even  a month after my oil change, my Toyota began displaying low oil warnings. At first, I assumed the maintenance reminder simply hadn't been reset correctly, so I didn't think much of it. When I couldn't clear the warning myself, I called my Toyota dealership. After explaining what was happening, they advised me to bring the vehicle in immediately and even suggested having it towed to avoid possible catastrophic engine damage. I chose to drive it carefully to the dealership. After inspecting my vehicle and documenting everything with photos and video, the Toyota technicians found that the oil filter gasket had not been tightened properly, allowing oil to leak out. My vehicle was approximately **four quarts low on oil** and required essentially another oil change. Thankfully, the problem was caught before my engine suffered permanent damage. I contacted Jiffy Lube's district manager, Bryce, who initially sounded apologetic and asked me to send the Toyota inspection video and repair receipt. I promptly provided everything he requested and asked to be reimbursed for the repairs that Toyota had to perform as well as reimbursement for the oil change I had at Jiffy Lube. Bryce wanted to give me a free oil change next time I went, but at this point they had already lost me as a customer. When Bryce called me back, the conversation took a completely different turn. Rather than listening, he repeatedly interrupted me and talked over me whenever I tried to explain what Toyota had found. He refused to accept any responsibility, saying I should have brought the vehicle back to Jiffy Lube instead of following the advice of the Toyota dealership. He also implied that because my vehicle has around 60,000 miles, it could have simply used four quarts of oil, despite Toyota documenting an active oil leak caused by the improperly installed gasket. What disappointed me most was not the mistake itself. Anyone can make a mistake. It was the complete unwillingness to stand behind the work after another professional shop documented the cause of the problem. I left that phone call feeling dismissed, unheard, and frankly disrespected. The conversation felt one-sided from beginning to end. Between the unpleasant waiting area, the aggressive upselling, the oil leak that left my vehicle four quarts low, and the way my concerns were handled afterward, I have completely lost confidence in this location. I will not be returning, and I cannot recommend them to anyone who values quality workmanship, accountability, or respectful customer service.

  Jackson was the nicest guy! The new manager also came over and introduced himself to me with a handshake. I'll definitely go back!!

  $182 for a synthetic oil change on my 2023 F-150. dealer is about $100. They couldn't even take the time to remove the old sticker and just put the new one on over the old one. Will was the one that did that and also collected the fees. won't ever go back, Robbery go anywhere else plus I waited 40 minutes, nothing Jiffy about that.
