We were spending a couple days in the Punta Gorda area, had some car trouble so we went to AutoZone and met Mr. Stewart Roth… He checked our battery, starting system, etc., and found out that the battery was the issue helped us purchase a new one he installed it and also helped us purchase a charger to keep with us for future needs. He went out of his way..above and beyond. I hope he is recognized for his awesome customer service. Great job AutoZone. Thank you, Stuart

I just witnessed the lady in charge of the commercial accounts go ballistic on one of the gentlemen who was helping me find a diesel fuel additive. Then, at the register, he asked for my phone number as I was checking out. It came back to my company name. "Do you have a commercial account? " I said yes. He said, "See the lady at the end of this counter, and you will save a few dollars." I thanked him. When I told the lady, he sent me to her, and she got soooo pissed off! "YOU DON'T HAVE A COMMERCIAL ACCOUNT!" I apologized and went back to the very nice gentleman at the first register. She followed me. She spoke to him like he was an idiot for sending me to her precious commercial account register! She has absolutely no class. She should never have talked to this man the way she did! Especially in front of a customer. It made me sick to my stomach because I caused this, whatever she is, to speak to the extremely nice and helpful gentleman in such a cruel way! I did think I had a commercial account. We have one at NAPA, Home Depot, and several other supply stores. I hope this lady sits down on a tumb tack! I am not as hateful as she is!

It's a nice clean store with helpful staff not much to say except it could be a lot cooler then all the others by giving out free beer but i digress.... Coors banquet... Idk
