  DO NOT RENT FROM HERE--YOU ARE STUCK PAYING THEIR BILLS Just picked up a car rental. Everything was going well until we tried to leave. The parking garage validation ticket had an outstanding balance of $52. We tried calling the garage attendant and they told us to call Sixt to pay the bill--because allegedly, this happens regularly. Sixt only have an 888# and they had us on hold for over 15 minutes. No one answered, no one came down to pay the bill, no one from Sixt paid their bill. We could either drive backwards through the one-way ramps of the garage up 3 stories or be at fault for their bills. So, we had to pay it. Not only were we delayed, we were out $52 at the start of the weekend, plus, the fee from the card reader. DO NOT RENT FROM HERE!!! This place may always have their customers paying the bill, so it may be a scam. My recommendation, rent from Enterprise instead. They're one floor below and we NEVER had this problem with them. We would have used them but with the price of gas, we wanted an affordable, last minute option and thought to give Sixt a try. Will never return.

  I’d highly recommend this car rental service. It was speedy and extremely convenient for my vacation. I’ll highly be recommending it to family in and friends. Roy was a phenomenal customer service representative ensuring that I was provided with all the information I needed before my trip.

  Sixt SAVED ME after being screwed over by the Hertz next door. I became visibly upset after my experience with Hertz and the KINDEST WOMAN from Sixt next door came out to offer me a box of tissues and ask if I needed a car. She re-opened her work station for me and set me up with a new car while all the Hertz employees locked up and left. I was in and out of Sixt in less than 10 minutes. THANK GOD FOR THE SIXT NEXT DOOR! I will NEVER be using Hertz again.
