  I had a great experience picking up the car with Marquee and he helped me with a fast drop off when I was running late for my train. It’s so rare to have good customer service that I’m actually writing a review.

  I had a disappointing experience with SIXT that I think others should be aware of. I reserved a standard gasoline vehicle because I am not familiar with hybrid or electric cars. At pickup, I was told my vehicle was unavailable and was given an “upgrade,” but it was not clearly explained that the car operated as a hybrid. When the car made no engine sound, I reasonably thought it was not working. I contacted customer service and was initially told to return the vehicle, which caused confusion and delay. Only later was I told it was functioning normally as a hybrid. Because of this lack of clear explanation and conflicting guidance, I missed a scheduled medical appointment. I contacted customer service multiple times and attempted to resolve the issue. The final resolution offered was a $15 voucher, which did not reflect the impact of the situation. This experience highlighted poor communication at pickup and inconsistent customer support. I would recommend that future customers ask very specific questions about the vehicle type and operation before leaving the lot. Sent from AOL on Android

  I am extremely disappointed with the Sixt location at Washington Union Station. The staff were consistently unfriendly and seemed completely overwhelmed. When I arrived, the line was very long, and the whole operation felt disorganized. While waiting for about 40 minutes, I noticed several customers ahead of me who did not receive the vehicles they had reserved – which is absolutely unacceptable for a car rental service. When it was finally my turn, I simply wanted a clear answer regarding my upcoming reservation, specifically whether I would be allowed to travel to Ontario, Canada. Instead of even taking a moment to look into my request, the employee dismissed me in a very rude manner, seemingly just trying to move on to the next customer as quickly as possible. My question was never answered. This level of service is unacceptable. I cannot recommend this Sixt location in Washington in any way.

  I had a wonderful experience at SIXT today. Marque was excellent. After a long stressful day, he made I left happy and satisfied. I couldn’t ask for anything better! I will certainly be back. Plus, as I walked in everything was clean and he was sanitizing all the counter tops.

  J’ai loué une voiture en passant par l’application, je l’ai récupéré à la gare et je l’ai redéposer à l’aéroport IAD. J’ai pris un BMW X3 et en terme de finition, rien à dire il était toute option et en très bon état. Que ce soit la récupération de la voiture ou le retour, le processus était très fluide, expérience parfaite pour une location de voiture.
