  At the pick up, we met Stephanie Garcia, who was friendly and provided a great customer service At the return we met Kareem Matthew, who was also exceptional. His asked about experience, which means they care about their service. In the overall, the National car rental experience was smooth and pleasant. Thank you Mr. Mathew for your kindness.

  Do not rent from this location if you can help it. As someone who rents fairly regularly, nothing comes close to how awful my experience was at this specific branch. I’m not sure whether it was the staff’s incompetence or their laziness that stood out more. As far as the vehicle goes, the exterior was filthy, interior was disgusting as well and reeked of cigarettes, extremely out of date model, and had noticeable damage, and gave it to me with a quarter tank of gas like it was okay. I was in a hurry so beggars cant be choosers, however I think I’m done with national after this instance. Shame on the management if that is the standard of customer service they deem acceptable. Do yourself a favor and avoid this location at all costs. If I could leave zero stars I would.
