    I booked using an app and the app said to take a ticket. Did. Called when it wasnt working and they said i need to scan the code on the app. Theres NO WHERE TO SCAN. Shut the doors even though it says 24 hours. Its not. I got lucky when someone was comming out otherwise we would have been stranded. All of the people working the help line were the rudest and not helpful at all. I would not trust my car here ever again. I have no idea how this is legal. Terrible.
