  The elevators were out of order during the DC emancipation events on Sunday. We paid full price for parking with no discounted rate. We walked up and then down the stairs. No directions on where to get to stairs or signage for those with disabilities to get to the stairs as there were several stairs wells. A lot of foot traffic was entering the parking garage. The attendant never said to anyone don't walk in front of the cars. People were literally walking pass the ticket area by my car window. Seems like a trend in DC with broken elevators during highly attended events.

  Why the fudge do you guys close the elevators on the weekend ? Possibly some of the stupidest shit ever. People with strollers and kids avoid the area.

  Using your credit card as a ticket doesn't work. I had to do a lost ticket and pay $25 instead of $14. No button to call attendant.

  I really wish I saw Google before using Spot Hero to book parking for the DC Bike Ride. The elevators and stairs are an issue, and apparently have been for years. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!

  Please refrain from urinating in the stairwells. On the bright side, the lighting is good though!
