- ABAnese BarnettSep 19, 20261.0Wish I could give this garage zero stars instead of one. They won’t provide any service but close and lock the garage. Takes so many calls just to get through to someone and even then, they have an attitude and don’t help. Only reason I got my car is because size the building security happen to be around the corner. Never seen a garage like this in all my life as native New Yorker or as living in the DC metro area for nearly 15 years. Find another garage.
- HZHillary ZaenchikJul 21, 20264.0The garage is clean and we'll lit. We got there on Wendnesday afternoon and there were plenty of spaces availible. There was an attendant there but he was more organizing and cleaning. This is a garage where you take your entry ticket with you when you exit and pay by card before you leave. Yes, there is after hours pedestrian access to your car. Use the qr code on your entry ticket on a unmarked side door to gain entry. Or go thru the building lobby (if open).
- VEVivien EadySep 24, 20221.0I asked the info button if I could pull my car out of the garage over the weekend prior to parking and the employee told me yes, that they’re 24/7 and now the garage is closed and I’m going to miss my flight. This is absolutely ridiculous and absurd.
- DKDavid KellySep 13, 20221.0Park elsewhere. This company is just a bunch of false advertising & unprofessional employees. 0 Stars
