The BEST customer service. So helpful, friendly, and easy to work with. We rented from Hertz next door, they had no vehicles and offered no solution to honor the reservation. We walked over to Enterprise and they went out of their way to help, got us a good rate, and had a car ready in 10 minutes on a busy holiday weekend. The only place worth renting from at Union Station location in DC.

I had an amazing experience at this Enterprise location, thanks to Kareem! He made sure both my pick-up and drop-off were incredibly smooth and hassle-free. His customer service and genuine care for the customer are outstanding. If you are visiting DC or just need a local rental, I highly recommend coming here. Plus, the location is extremely convenient! I'll definitely be back.
We had a great experience at Enterprise. David handled our reservation and was very attentive and cooperative. Karim took care of the details and we were given a clean and new car. Rob took care of us when we needed help over the phone. He made sure that the issue was taken care of. When we dropped off the car, Ja’nyah was the last positive and extremely excellent impression. She made it as smooth as possible. I truly appreciate every one of them and highly recommend investing in them. Enterprise experience is nothing without such amazing staff!

I will never rent a car from this location again. After accidentally leaving my $500 orthodontic retainer behind, the staff was completely unhelpful and dishonest. They initially promised to hold it until a local friend could pick it up the next day. However, when my friend arrived, they told her they had already thrown it away without even calling to let me know. This meant my friend missed work to be to Union Station for absolutely no reason.
When I called the manager and asked him to actually check the trash (I didn’t mind cleaning the retainer if necessary), he miraculously "found it" and promised to ship it to me immediately. I emailed my information, but he proceeded to dodge my follow-up calls for days. When I finally reached the branch staff, they refused to honor the manager’s shipping offer. Instead, they demanded that I mail them a physical FedEx label via regular mail first, claiming they couldn't accept email or fax.
Because my orthodontist warned me that my teeth would shift without the retainer, I couldn't wait for their ridiculous mail-in process. I was forced to ask my friend to take off work a second time to rescue it. It took two weeks of stressful back-and-forth just to get my property back. This is by far the worst experience I’ve had with a rental car company. Go for a different provider at Union Station.
