  I rented from Enterprise at Union Station for 9 days during spring break and had a great experience! I booked weeks ahead and had a 9 AM reservation pick up/after hours return. The car was clean, efficient, and handled over 1,800 miles with no issues. The staff were helpful and the pickup process went smoothly. I suggest arriving about 15 minutes early to ensure everything is ready on time. I also used the after-hours drop-off, which was convenient and straightforward as long as you follow the instructions. For future renters, I personally recommend getting dropped off at the 50 Massachusetts Ave location and entering that way. Unless you’re familiar with the area, it can be a bit confusing navigating into the Union Station parking garage via H St. NE. Overall, I would definitely recommend this location.

  I've rented from them twice. Friendly people when getting the rental car, and even friendlier guys when returning it. Everything went smoothly. Will definitely rent from them on my future train trips.

  This is the most incompetent car rental location I have ever experienced. While Enterprise as a whole is a fine company, the management at this specific branch leaves much to be desired. Despite checking in and waiting for almost two hours, I received no updates from the dismissive manager or the staff. Beyond their lackluster service, their communication was nonexistent. I was left entirely in the dark regarding the status of my reservation. Ultimately, this branch's incompetence forced me to incur an unexpected $600 expense, as I could not wait any longer without knowing if a car would actually be provided.

  Very efficient and easy drop off in the parking garage. Drove from VA to this location and it was very smooth.

  Easy pickup and return process. Pickup is upstairs from the train station. Return was leaving the tickets in the car, keys in the drop-off box, at least half a tank of gas.
