  The best and only place you should rent from at Union Station. Stephanie at this location should be promoted and given a raise because she is incredible. I know rental car companies are easy targets for negative reviews, but this Enterprise delivers surprisingly great customer service at a busy location. Our SUV rental got a flat tire the day we were driving from DC to Philly for July 4th weekend with a pregnant wife and a toddler, and I freaked out. Luckily Stephanie found us a replacement right away and we were back on the road within an hour with a new SUV. Vacation saved. Always choose this Enterprise if you're renting from Union Station if you can, as other rental companies (ahem, Hertz) often are all out of cars when you show up to get your rental and their service is truly awful.

  Do not rent cars from here or this company! They provide old car too dangerous to drive and this company provides wrong phone numbers for communications!

  The BEST customer service. So helpful, friendly, and easy to work with. We rented from Hertz next door, they had no vehicles and offered no solution to honor the reservation. We walked over to Enterprise and they went out of their way to help, got us a good rate, and had a car ready in 10 minutes on a busy holiday weekend. The only place worth renting from at Union Station location in DC.

  I had an amazing experience at this Enterprise location, thanks to Kareem! He made sure both my pick-up and drop-off were incredibly smooth and hassle-free. His customer service and genuine care for the customer are outstanding. If you are visiting DC or just need a local rental, I highly recommend coming here. Plus, the location is extremely convenient! I'll definitely be back.
