  Had reservation. Arrived at 2:45, waited 30 mins in line to check-in, then waited additional 45 mins for our car to be cleaned and ready. So 1hr, 15 mins of waiting after we already booked a reservation weeks in advance. Waste of time, next time would spend extra to book with someone else

  Understaffed and unreliable. Don’t book through enterprise if you have any expectation of timeliness/if you have anywhere to be on a schedule.

  Initially showed up and was told the class of vehicle I booked was unavailable.. which is frustrating, but not the end of the world. The team at this location was very accommodating and went above and beyond to remedy the situation. I was running behind on my way to return and had to skip filling the tank.. they unexpectedly waived the charges. Great CS!

  Avoid at all cost! After returning an insurance repair rental that totalled over $5k I was charged $340 personally for 9 days of insurance covered rental PLUS a $200 cleaning fee for dog hair. The branch manager claimed that pets are not allowed in cars (not in the rental agreement) and that the car needed to be "completely detailed". The dog hair could be removed by hand in about 5 minutes, just a few seconds with a vacuum. I spent over 45 minutes with the branch manager trying to find out where dog policy is and all he could come up with (after viewing the rental agreement on my phone because he apparently didn't have a copy of the agreement) is a hyperlinked "additional terms and conditions" in my rental agreement, with another embedded hyperlink to "fees", that said "excess pet hair" will result in a fee. There is no fee amount in the "fees". The branch manager then told me the fee was "up to his discretion". With taxes the overbilling added up to $690. The icing on the cake is I was billed for the $690 TWICE. So Enterprise billed me $1,380 for a rental that should have cost me $0 out of pocket.

  After Hertz left me stranded despite having a reservation, I walked over to the Enterprise counter feeling stressed and worried that I was going to miss my mom’s oncology appointment. Gia and Breanna immediately stepped in to help. They were incredibly kind, compassionate, and professional from the moment I approached the counter. They found me a vehicle right away, worked with me on the price, and completely turned around what had been an awful experience. They treated me with genuine empathy and made me feel like they truly cared about helping me get where I needed to be. Gia and Breanna are outstanding representatives of Enterprise, and because of the way they handled such a difficult situation, they’ve earned my future business. Thank you both for going above and beyond when I needed it most!
