  I recently had an outstanding experience with Enterprise Rent-A-Car at the Thomas Circle location on 14th Street in the Residence Inn by Marriott. I can honestly say their customer service was exceptional from beginning to end. After being involved in an accident, Ashley reached out to me in response to a text message I sent using the insurance claim information I received, and she immediately made the rental process smooth and stress-free. She sent all the necessary instructions, worked with my insurance information, and made sure I was able to get a vehicle right away. When I later experienced an issue with the car, Stephanie went above and beyond by quickly arranging a replacement vehicle, keeping me updated throughout the process, and communicating exactly when another vehicle would be available. Her professionalism, responsiveness, and genuine care made a difficult situation so much easier. When it came time to extend and upgrade my rental, David provided equally amazing service. He took the time to carefully review my options, update all of the vehicle information, and make sure I was placed in a vehicle that was comfortable and better suited for my needs. His patience, professionalism, and attention to detail truly stood out. Finally, , I returned the vehicle after a few weeks, was assisted by the manager, Rashawn. He made the return process quick, easy, and professional. He thoroughly explained my refund details and reassured me that if I ever needed assistance again, I could always reach out to their team. That level of customer care and hospitality left a lasting impression. Overall, this Enterprise location is truly a hidden gem in Thomas Circle, Washington, DC. Every team member I encountered delivered 5-star customer service with professionalism, kindness, and efficiency. I highly recommend this location to anyone in need of a rental vehicle.

  I had a surprisingly good experience at this Enterprise location. The young woman who works there was highly professional, efficient, and friendly. They even called me a few days to confirm the details of my reservation and give me important reminders about using an out-of-state license. The whole pick-up process took less than 5 minutes and the drop-off was even quicker. The car was new and clean.

  Rented a Mazda CX5 SUV for a weeklong rental and drop off a PHL Airport. Vehicle did not support Apple Car Play, so navigation was strictly by phone. Interior windows filthy. Exterior windshield had bug residues all over it. So disappointing that we returned the vehicle in Philly after 3 days and borrowed a car from a family member. No discount on credit provided by Enterprise, just a standard 3-day charge. Very disappointing.

  They were extremely helpful, professional and understanding in dealing with my vehicle request and made my picking up and dropping off of the vehicle very simple and efficient. Will definitely be back to rent again.

  The employees and staff were very nice on the phone. However as I was leaving the house on the morning of my trip they rang to tell me they were booked out even with a reservation. I had to cancel my trip as I couldn't wait to see if I would get a car. NB for internationals! The customer service hub appears to be offshore and they aren't familiar with local branch rules around credit cards, passport and driver IDs etc. get through to the local branch to clarify.
