- RRRoxanne RawlsOct 8, 20265.0Although short staffed on pick up and drop off day, the workers were friendly and very professional in getting the job done. I will definitely rent from Enterprise in the future.
- KKKay KayOct 4, 20261.0Made a last minute reservation due to emergency trip to come in town. I was able to make a reservation and I arrived and they didn’t have any cars. I didn’t get a calls notice that they didn’t have any cars. I took an uber there and had to take another back to Union station due to them not having any cars. The male there called another enterprise and told them I made a last minute reservation and needed a car. I could hear the person on the call saying oh well. They didn’t try to accommodate me in any way. I was presented with a “your problem not mine” attitude. Just a disappointing experience overall.
