  I had a pretty tough Friday. I was walking out of work and my car wouldn’t start, we tried jump starting it and other things and it wouldn’t budge. After we knew it was the battery I went to this AutoZone to seek service after a stressful day and Devar Garner was truly God sent. He met me with such a wonderful spirit, helped me quickly, and had so much knowledge about my issue. He set me up with a new battery and I felt confident in his care for my vehicle after I left AutoZone. SO if you have any questions or need assistance with your vehicle I HIGHLY recommend Devar at this location, you will not leave disappointed 😊

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had such a great experience at the AutoZone on Rhode Island Ave NE! From the moment I pulled up until the moment I left, everyone was extremely friendly, helpful, and welcoming. It was pouring rain, and the staff still went above and beyond to help me get a new battery installed in my truck. I truly appreciate the entire team. I don’t remember everyone’s names, but I definitely want to give the whole store a shout-out for the amazing customer service! There was one gentleman in particular who really stood out. I didn’t get his name, but he was tall, brown-skinned, and wore glasses. From the moment I arrived, he was friendly, made great conversation, gave me helpful recommendations, and went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. It’s not every day you receive this kind of customer service, especially with employees willing to work outside in the pouring rain to make sure a customer is good to go. Thank you to the entire team for making my stressful situation so much easier. I truly appreciate you all and will definitely be back!

  We were trying to find some light wiring in store, but after check with the employee and they have not the product. Trying to check online in store, and was there for about 5 mins checking with our phone. Some random employee suddenly yelled at us and said” fucking get out of the store”. I doubt how people like these can be hired and I almost felt my life got threatened if I cannot immediately get out the store. It is definitely crazy, and I am not feel safe in store and leave me some nightmare. To be fair, I have purchased many products from the store the same day. How could the employee treat customers like shit and threaten them because they stayed for few more mins. I must run.

  Staff was knowledgeable and able to help me with my wiper replacement, as well as my battery core deposit refund. The only reason why I'm not giving it a 5 star review would be the parking lot is in quite disarray. They say that you can't work on your car, but there were multiple people working on their cars anyway. There are two spots for cars to be worked on by staff, but people park in there anyway and it's not enforced well. Also, there was an employee having a meltdown yelling at his manager and telling them that he shouldn't have to be the one working on the cars all day. Even though that is his job and they were yelling at each other back and forth, so much so that me and the rest of the customers just kind of went to the back to give them some space and then came back when the shouting ceased.
