Extremely unprofessional and disrespectful experience. I came in with a simple question about finding the appropriate shade of gray spray paint for a minor wheel touch-up. I even offered to show them the vehicle parked outside so they could simply point me in the right direction. I wasn’t expecting anyone to make the decision for me. Instead of basic customer service, I was met with ridicule. After I walked away and tried to find the product myself, employees continued walking through the aisles, loudly making jokes and mocking me to each other. What made it worse was that one of the employees participating wasn’t even someone I had asked for assistance. I wasn’t asking for exceptional service, just basic courtesy and a simple recommendation. There is absolutely no reason a customer asking a legitimate question should become entertainment for employees. I’ve had disappointing experiences at this location before, but this was by far the worst. Management should seriously address the level of professionalism and respect being shown to customers here.@AutoZone
