I unexpectedly needed a new vehicle so I went to Genesis of Avon, explained my situation to John, and he set me up with a Genesis G70. He was very patient and great at breaking down the whole process for me. And got me the perfect deal for a safe and reliable car. Next time you're looking for a new vehicle, be sure to ask for John, he'll take great care of you!

On the market for a used car and paid a visit to Hoffman Genesis. Met Mr Harrison Harrison the sales person so nice they named him twice. He Helped me test drive a few vehicles. He was patient, friendly and knowledgeable. This gentleman missed “used car salesman school” there was no pressure. Just facts! I left to test drive other vehicles I was interested in. Did not make it out the lot. Came right back and purchased a vehicle from Mr. Harrison. Every single person at Hoffman Genesis was friendly. Sales manager, Finance manager, other sales reps. What a welcoming place! So do yourself a favor if you are on the market for a new or used car and go see these folks!

Communication with the Hoffman Genesis team exceeded my expectations. They called to confirm appointment the day before, they texted when the driver was leaving to my house and sent me a picture of the driver. They messged the expected time of arrival and when they arrived to pick up my car. They were so kind and considerate to what was needed. When my car was returned, the interior looked better than when they picked it up. I have never in my life had such an incredible experience with a dealership and the services they provided. They were above and beyond! I will happily continue my future car buying with them and all needed services. Top notch!!

First time being a Genesis owner and this was my service for my GV70. The entire experiance has been nothing but easy and pleasant. Making the appointment online was a breeze, received a friendly reminder by text to make sure I didn’t forget, arriving for my appointment and was pleasantly greeted by name. While waiting for the services to preformed I received a link to witness the inspection with the results. The entire team was great and made the experiance hassle free! Genesis of Avon, glad I met ya!!!
