  Great service. This was my first time dealing with a dealership. The staff was great and they had a nice waiting room. I came in for a sensor issue which took a few hours to service. I have been back on the road with 0 issues.

  From start to finish, my experience at Genesis of Avon was absolutely stellar, largely thanks to Harrison, who assisted me throughout the process. Harrison was professional, patient, and extremely knowledgeable, taking the time to explain every detail clearly and thoroughly. What stood out the most was how comfortable and at ease Harrison made me feel during the entire car-buying experience. Buying a car is often described as stressful, but he completely changed that narrative for me. I felt peace throughout the process and never once felt pressured or rushed. Harrison‘s professionalism, combined with his approachable and easygoing manner, made the entire experience smooth and genuinely enjoyable.   I recently purchased a 2025 Mercedes-Benz GLA 250 from Genesis of Avon and had an excellent experience.   My husband and I came in today looking to check out the GV70. We had done a lot of research and we were convinced that this was a car well worth looking into. Harrison the marine greeted us out of the gate and after a lot of questions and a great test drive, we settled! Harrison was a very patient and knowledgeable sales rep and made us feel very comfortable and confident that we had made the right choice. We've both driven it several times today (more than just the parking lot for me!) and are very pleased. Excellent experience, so happy with our showroom ready vehicle! Rena and Steve

  I am always skeptical of car dealerships, but I must say I had a very positive experience with our purchase today. Mike Cutrone was very knowledgeable about the brand, answered all of our questions and made our purchase experience enjoyable. Dave Delorenzo in the business department made the purchase clean and easy. (We spent more time on hold with the car insurance than we did signing paperwork.). My wife was comfortable and the coffee was good. What more can you ask for on a Mother's Day weekend?
