  Total breath of fresh air! From my initial email conversation with Ashley who answered all my questions directly, to working with Mike in sales to negotiate the deal. By far the best experience I’ve had in 30 years of buying cars. Low pressure, no surprises or mind games, just a pleasant experience all around.

  I recently had my car serviced at Genesis of Avon, and it was the best service experience I've had since I've owned the car. They replaced the front brakes and performed the required maintenance. My service advisor, Donovan, was exceptional; he was thorough and kept me well-informed. The service was completed quickly and efficiently.

  Harrison (Dwight), the former U.S. marine, was awesome to work with. He made the process easy and offered to come in on the weekend to accommodate finalizing the purchase. Overall, the service was great and he didn't make me wait for no reason or try any shady tactics that a lot of other dealers do. I was doing my due diligence in the buying process and he let me; which built my trust with him. After mentioning I was a fellow military member, he made sure to get me a rebate that I totally forgot about! It was much appreciated and I ended up getting a reasonable deal on the car. Also, I had found some marks and minor damage with the car I was originally looking at in the lot, but Harrison was able to find another of the same trim and color in inventory! Nobody wants to buy a new car with damage on it, so I was happy. I didn't know who Harrison was before walking into the dealership and was glad he was the one who met me. It looks like there are other good reviews about him and it checks out. Highly recommend doing business with Harrison, and the dealership overall. Go in educated about the car and the options you're buying and you won't have any issues.

  We had an excellent experience working with Michael at Genesis of Avon. From the moment we walked in, he was professional, respectful, and never made us feel pressured. He took the time to answer all of our questions, explained everything clearly, and made the entire car-buying process smooth and stress-free. Michael genuinely cared about helping us find the right vehicle and made sure we were comfortable every step of the way. His honesty, knowledge, and outstanding customer service really stood out.
