They were informative of the vehicle’s condition and helpful. We had a coupon which added to the value of the oil change.

I especially love that I could see everything that they're doing. I've always preferred to go to dealerships with my car but one of my last experiences wasn't so good. Just went in for a simple oil change at a dealership and they checked all the boxes that all the fluids were topped off. When I got home I popped the hood and noticed that my windshield wiper fluid was still bone dry even though they said they filled it. Little things like that though it's minor really makes a difference because you wonder what else didn't they do. It's Valvoline all the way for me. 😉
