  Took my 2015 Civic here yesterday. Immediately after my oil change, I heard a faint rattling coming from the front. At first I thought it was the strap fastening my front bumper cover blowing in the wind (the technician left it hanging out of the engine bay). When I got home, I checked more thoroughly, and found that the splash guard hadn't been properly reinstalled, and the rattling I heard was the sound of the splash guard scraping across the road. Now the Honda dealership is quoting me $500-600 in parts and labor to replace it. Very disappointing.

  I have been coming to the Valvoline oil change near Taco Bell on E. Valley Park Way in Escondido, California forever! These guys are awesome. They’re quick efficient and friendly. I don’t feel like I’m getting ripped off with them. Sometimes I get the extra things that they suggest and sometimes I don’t. But they never make me feel bad.
