  Very satisfied. Called to make the appointment, scheduled on a Monday between 1-5. I was contacted around 3pm that the installer was on his way. He completed the work, and it looks great.

  Small star like crack in my windshield. Called my insurance company and they scheduled a safe flight technician to come to my house the next day. Dominic was polite, sufficient and professional. She called me at the beginning of the day to let me know what the timing looked like. He also finished with an hour. Great customer service. I would definitely reccomend

  At first, I was unsure about using Safelite because typically companies that are recommended through my insurance company, at least in the past, have underperformed. However, this time I went with them because of the ease of setting the appointment and not having to do a lot of research myself, and they were fairly high reviews on the different social media platforms that I decided to go with them. I was pleasantly surprised from the initial appointment setting all the way through the Job was flawless. There was not one expectation on met and the technician performed the job in half the time allocated and it came out 100% perfect. I still have 25 Days left on their warranty to ensure that it was a perfect job, but from the current performance, I’m fairly confident I will not have to contact them. The entire insurance/repair issue was 100% satisfactory. Also, I’m so glad that my insurance agent convinced me to add on to my auto policy, the ability to use OEM parts, because my vehicle has a very specific windshield tied into the automobile, safety functionality Without it, it would not have come out right. So with a $200 deductible I was able to get a $1500 job! Amazing!
