  Don't go here. They'll lose parts to your car, not be able to replace them and then not take responsibility for their mess up. Normally I do the oil change on my Honda Civic myself but this time I was out of town and my father in law took the car in since the light came on and he didn't want to wait for me to get back. When I got back into town I was checking the engine for other reasons and realized I was missing the engine skid plate that goes underneath the car that must be removed to perform the oil change. I know for a fact it was there beforehand since I normally do the oil change myself. I called the location and they said they would ask the mechanic who worked on the car and he would be in at 9am. At 9am they called back, said the mechanic wasn't coming in and they would just order a replacement. About 5 days later I took the car in for them to install it. We were there for about 1 hour between them taking the car in and throwing the skid plate on, and then they finally come out to say that they ordered the wrong one and it doesn't fit properly. They said they could just zip tie it and leave it like that. I said that I'd rather they get the right one and install it since they had lost the original one. He said if I wanted I could buy it myself and they would reimburse me, to which I repeated I'd rather they purchase the right one and they do the Installation since it was their fault to begin with. About 5 days later the new one came in so I took the car in. Again they took about 1 hour between taking the car in and installing the new one. And once again, they came out and said that for some reason the hardware isn't fitting. They said it was the right size but they couldn't use the hardware since it wasn't fitting. They said they could zip tie it and it would hold. Again I said I'd rather they find the correct hardware/skid plate combo since I had a original, perfectly installed skid plate before that. They said they just had no clue how to do that since this one was the right size but still weren't able to put it on. They said they didn't know what to do and didn't know what to buy or change in order to make it fit properly. At this point I was frustrated and annoyed at having wasted my time so I told them to just zip tie it, give me the hardware and I would try and figure it out myself. I got home and went under the car to see the issue, while I was under there I realized one of the 4 plastic tabs that is used to hold the skid plate in place had been broken. This caused even more frustration since it had clearly happened 1 of the 2 times they tried to install the replacement skid plate unsuccessfully. I went to Honda to get a quote to get everything fixed properly but they said just to take a look at it it would be around $200-$300. I went back to Jiffy lube to tell them about the quote and the broken piece and they just said that's "that's not our problem, you took the skid plate and how do we even know that the plastic tab wasn't broken beforehand" I told them that I do the oil change myself and I know for a fact that wasn't broken and they they should be responsible for their actions. It was useless as they just kept shrugging it off and saying it's not their problem anymore. Needless to say I asked for a manager who wasn't in at the time. I got the phone number and called but never got an answer. Extremely annoyed at this location. Just save your time and money and go somewhere else.

  I got an oil change there, and it was 20 more dollars than it was at my normal mechanic but I figured whatever, I'll just get it here. The changed my oil, and then preceded to do nothing that they said are a part of their "Jiffy" Oil change. (Top off fluids, ect.) Well, after I drove home and looked at the paperwork, I realized they gave me the wall oil change because they somehow mistaked my car for a hybrid. So I had to go back so they could put more oil in because they put too little. Don't go here unless you want your car overheating because they can't tell the diffrent between anything. Additionally, I asked to check my brakes, and they said they need replacing, and they could do them that day. I said, no, thank you, and then I went and got them done elsewhere. And once they were done, they said that they didn't even need to be replaced, they were only wrong half way down!!!! Go anywhere but here they aren't that bad. Never going back and I hope they go out of business, all they care about is being cheap and money.

  As someone who is not an auto mechanic, and will never be one, I was appalled to find out you think it's acceptable to pay your mechanics $19 an hour. I'm boycotting your business simply for that reason. It shows you're a very unethical and immoral business. Auto mechanics don't make $19 an hour. You think they do? That's how much you want to pay them? Go ahead then and go out of business. You're not needed or wanted.
