Came in after some damage on my bumper after a collision. They were quick to inspect the car and start the repair. They were really detailed in their work. Greg explained everything and was really patient with me even after my insurance dropped the ball in the paperwork. Definitely recommend, they have great customer service and are do great work. The number is impeccable. Paint job looks amazing.

WWE took my sister's car here to get her passenger back door repaired. When we got the car back everything appeared nice. The next day when we drove 36 miles to a museum. We were there over 4 hours. We get in the car and it wouldn't start. My sister had a jumper. We jump started the car and drove home. Then when she was going to get in the car upon unlocking it the alarm went off. Couldn't get it to stop until she kept pressing the fob button. The car wouldn't start. We jumped it again and returned it back to Gerber. They started charging the battery and we picked it up. We again were leaving and upon unlocking with t he fob the alarm went off and again couldn't get it to stop until pressing the buttons over and over. Now they are telling us its the alternator. Theres no alternator light that comes on the dash. No check engine light and the battery wont hold a charge. We asked AI and it says they probably connected the wires wrong or the door is not hinged right or the wires are pinched. There was absolutely nothing wrong with the car before they put the new door on. No signs of the alternator going bad. At all. Again the alternator light does not come on. The alarm goes hay wired. They said they didnt touch the battery. From what I understand. You always disconnect the battery anytime you work with electrical. Gerber wont admit any error in this situation. Blaming the alternator is what they keep saying. With all the expert advice on how they should do a procedure they are not very professional about how they are handling this situation we are dealing with.

Oh my goodness, I can’t say enough about Evie over at Gerber Collision! From start to finish, her communication was absolutely incredible. She was constantly keeping me updated on the status of my car, and anytime I had a question, I could reach out and she would respond right away. Evie went above and beyond to make sure we were accommodated and had all the information we needed. If anything was off or needed attention, she made sure we were in the loop, which I really appreciate, it's such a relief to know exactly what's going on. Evie’s customer service was 10/10. Truly amazing experience 5 out of 5 stars!

I just recently visited Gerber Collison in Escondido the service was efficient and fast a job well done. Evelyn Hawks was on top of everything and kept me updated at all time's if there were 10 stars I definitely would give her that. Thanks for making my car look beautiful again 💕
