  I had a very positive experience with Enterprise at the Escondido Auto Park location and would absolutely recommend them. While there was a minor misunderstanding regarding my pickup for the vehicle, what really stood out was how professionally the team handled feedback. When I returned the car, manager McKenna personally asked about my experience. When I mentioned it wasn’t completely perfect due to the earlier mix-up, she genuinely wanted to understand what happened and asked what they could have done better. That kind of authentic customer care is rare—it didn’t feel scripted at all. She truly cared about making sure customers leave fully satisfied, and that level of accountability says a lot about the leadership at this location. Aside from that small issue, everything else was excellent. The rental vehicle was clean, well-maintained, comfortable, and ran perfectly. The text notifications throughout the rental process were incredibly helpful, and I really appreciated how easy it was to adjust my return time without any hassle. The staff overall were professional, friendly, and accommodating. A particularly thoughtful touch was offering me a complimentary ride to my repair shop after I returned the rental, which made the whole experience so much easier and less stressful. They also have a great selection of vehicles, and the entire process felt organized and customer-focused. Minor hiccup aside, the way they handled it turned this into a five-star experience. Excellent service and highly recommended!

  They were the only ones who apparently had enough people to answer the phone. They were very helpful. The only complaint I have, and it's probably not specific to Enterprise, was that the car insurance they offered was more expensive than the car rental. I can't help feel that that is incredibly overpriced. I declined the coverage. Otherwise it was a good experience and I will use them again.

  I meant to leave this review months ago. But I remembered after my most recent rental McKenna @ Enterprise is Always So kind and respectful when I come in. I appreciate how kind and friendly she is everytime I come in. I also appreciate how she asked when I return a vehicle how did the car work out for me and how was my experience. A few times when there were a few small things wrong with a vehicle she was quick to offer something to make it right on my next rental. Thank you so much McKenna for being so professional, friendly, and efficient everytime I rent at this location. Your part of the reason I return to this location....You always deliver Great customer service and good customer service is hard to find nowadays. :) H. Penn
