- AAAkram AhmadSep 22, 20261.0Absolutely terrible experience with Enterprise. I called ahead and clearly explained my situation: my car had broken down, I had no transportation, and I do NOT live in the area. I specifically asked if a rental car was available before making the trip. I was told yes, and I even received an email confirming my reservation. So I walked all the way there, relying on THEIR confirmation, only to be told when I arrived that they had NO CARS AVAILABLE. Then what exactly was the point of taking my reservation and sending me a confirmation? This was not a minor inconvenience. I was already stranded without a vehicle, away from where I live, and Enterprise made an already stressful situation significantly worse by wasting my time and making me walk there for absolutely nothing. A reservation confirmation should actually mean something. If you don't have a car, DON'T CONFIRM THE RESERVATION. Completely unacceptable, incredibly frustrating, and one of the worst customer-service experiences I've had. I would absolutely not rely on this location when you actually need a vehicle.

Their team was quick, friendly, and genuinely focused on making the process smooth and stress‑free. The vehicle I received was clean, well‑maintained, and in excellent condition, which made the entire trip comfortable and worry‑free.
