My other reservation, which I had held for over a month, was ruined by the merchant's excessive card swipes, and their computer locked me out at 4:45 PM. Desperate! I called Enterprise Rent-A-Car at 5:20 PM. I was surprised to see they were open till 6:00 PM. In short, they provided us with everything we needed for the one-week trip we were taking. During the Christmas season, rental rates are high at the last minute, hence my previous reservation. Enterprise Rent-A-Car eased my travel and made it affordable for me despite the holiday and with ZERO hassle. I returned the vehicle one week later and everything went absolutely perfect! I'll never use any other car service in PA. York area again.
