  My pickup wouldn't start after driving to West York. Just a few clicks when I turned the key. I pulled the battery and brought it to the foks at Auto Zone. They tested the battery and told me it was dead. We reviewed new battery options and the fellow was very helpful in picking out a new one. He didn't push the more expensive ones and explained to me how one of lesser expense would do the job. After installing the battery, they had me come back to test the alternator and starter. A very nice woman came out in the light rain (God bless her), did it and reassured me that the alternator and starter were good. They are my new friends and trusted auto advisors.

  JEFFERY!! Saved my life with simple power steering fluid.. I had my two boys with me, it wasn’t the best of weather and my steering wheel locked up. He was polite, professional and provided EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I will be returning to only this location because of him. Thank you 😊

  We called to see if they had a wheel barring and the woman cut us off said, “come pick it up” and hung up on us without telling us the price. We called her back and told her she was disrespectful and she proceeded to continue being disrespectful.
