    Customer service is lacking. Rented a jeep wagoneer for a family vacation. I stopped in a week before pick up day to ensure my wife could pick it up and it would be the size promised in the rservation. The young kid assured me it would be there or a vehicle the same size. Fast forward a week. My wife on day of pick up gets sent to morgantown because uniontown failed to have the vehicle, said don't worry morgantown will have it waiting. Travel to morgantown and uniontown did not tell them correctly. They don't have it. Now they are sending her to fairmont wv. So a car we were to pick up 9 miles from the house we must travel 40 miles. Now on the way back from the beach we must drive oast fairmont, to uniontown to unload then back to fairmont then back to uniontown. Thanks. Get your ducks in a row. This is not the last you will hear from me.

    We had reserved a sedan, but were provided with a sub-compact. That sometimes happens, I know. But the employee twice told me that they were upgrading me, which was untrue. They still charged me the price for the sedan. I contacted Enterprise to request assistance, but they never responded.
