Great experience here. Justin helped get me into a smaller vehicle, as I needed to keep the rental longer and travel with it. Thank you.

Absolutely the worst enterprise I have ever dealt with. They don't care how they treat you since there isn't another rental car company in town. The manager has straight to my face said we dont have to compete so we can do what we want. This is the second time this place has sent me out with an unsafe. One time with metal to metal breaks. I figured this out in the parking lot but amazingly they couldn't tell. Today I get a "premium awd suv" that has some type of damage on every panel. 2 different tires on the rear... that also dont match the 2 on the front. Alignment so out that the suv couldn't stay in the lane unless the wheel was held at almost a 45 degree angle. They told me to call around and find another to swap out or she guesses she could call the local shop that does their work. Needless to say my pick up at 1pm turned into me just dropping it off up the street at the alignment. Didn't get it back till 5pm. Still a slight pull but guess I have to deal with it cause they are all closed. Then can't figure out why the remote start will not work. Well the conveniently placed no smoking sticker placed over the check engine light explains it. Call enterprise and get told I'm on my own till someone comes on Monday. Great way to ruin 6 people's vacation enterprise. Place needs a full over haul and the manager with her inflection need to go asap.

Extremely Disappointing Experience — Enterprise Uniontown I live in France and had booked a car with Enterprise on 2nd October for my trip starting 30th October, from Harrisburg to Washington. I completed all online check-in formalities including entering French driving details around 2nd October - well in advance to ensure a smooth pickup. When I arrived at the this Uniontown location around 5 p.m. on the 30th, I was excited to finally see my sister after two years and drive to Harrisburg. However, to my complete surprise, the front-line manager informed me that I could not rent the car because Enterprise does not recognize French driving licenses. I explained that I have rented cars in the U.S. several times before, including with Hertz, using the same license — and never faced any issue. Unfortunately, the manager ( she informed her name but that doesn't sound right to mention) insisted this was Enterprise policy and refused to help or offer any alternative solution. As a result, I had to travel all the way to Pittsburgh International Airport that same evening, rent a car from Hertz company, stay overnight at a hotel, and only continue my journey the next day. This caused significant inconvenience, delay, and extra expense, all of which could have been avoided. If Enterprise indeed does not accept European driving licenses, that information should be clearly stated during the booking process. European licenses do not contain barcodes by design — this is not unique to France — and mine is valid until 2036. I also provided all relevant details at the time of reservation, yet nothing indicated there would be an issue. Also, even at the counter, i offered to sign additional documents, if necessary. This experience has left a very poor impression of Enterprise’s customer service and communication. I hope the company reviews this policy and ensures that international customers are clearly informed before booking. Given the stress and unnecessary expenses I incurred, I genuinely cannot rate this experience higher than one star.
