I called them while I was in my way, the agent said the booking is canceled and that he tried to call me and left a voice note. That was completely a lie because no one called me, I don't have voicemail box setup, and I didn't receive any cancelation email. Terrible experienc!!!

I took one star off because they get a little busy. When we went to pick up the car- they only had one poor girl working there. We were still out in 15 minutes though. The car was clean, new and gave us no issues :)

They are trying to make their living and can make misjudgments. However, I blame their supervisors who doesn’t train them properly on policies and customer service.
