  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Highly Recommend I recently rented from Enterprise in Camp Hill, Pennsylvania, and once again had an outstanding experience. This is my second or third rental with this location, and the customer service continues to be second to none. The staff is always professional, friendly, and genuinely focused on making the rental process easy and stress-free. In today’s world, great customer service can be hard to find, and that’s exactly why I keep coming back to this location. I also received an incredible rate for my rental. After talking with several other people and comparing prices, I realized the deal I got through Enterprise was phenomenal and one of the best values around. If you’re looking for a rental car, I highly recommend Enterprise. And if you’re in Central Pennsylvania, I especially recommend the Camp Hill location. Their exceptional customer service and competitive pricing have earned my continued business, and I’ll definitely be renting from them again in the future.

  The vehicle was exactly what we wanted, it was clean, smelled fresh. The staff were professional at all times. The rental agents were helpful, friendly, and efficient. Didn’t waste my time. Didn’t take long to get the keys and hit the road. There were no hidden charges, unexpected taxes, and didn’t pressure me to buy extra insurance. Didn’t take long to get my deposit back. Highly recommend the Enterprise in Mechanicsburg, PA.

  I wish I could give this place 0 star for how horrible the customer service was. The guy that picked me up from the repair shop was an old white man who kept making rude comments about how I didn’t know what I was doing and that I should call a male because they’d know better. I tried starting a conversation with him in the car but he would just straight up ignore me so I thought I was being too pushy and left it at that. But the rental place, the same guy blasted a video on his phone saying “Here are more footage of Black people being annoying and entitled-“. They hire racist workers. Absolutely disgusting.
