- MSMatthew SnyderNov 13, 20251.0Received a citation for $300 from enterprise on 11/12/25. The offense date was 9/10/25 and clearly states on the back you have 30 days to appeal. So, since it was over 30 days, I'm unable to appeal. The video evidence clearly shows the rental car I was in going past a school bus when the bus was completely stopped and the stop sign was not out. Also, the bus only stopped for 3 seconds in the video, so was clearly not stopping to let children out. The frustrating part is receiving this 2 months later, being unable to appeal, and enterprise charging me $300 for the ticket and a $25 admin fee. All this for something that the video evidence clearly shows I did not do. Will never use enterprise again.
