  Horrible experience I have never been treated so badly I made a reservation a week in advance and they told me they would get a small pickup truck to the location by the time I would be picking up the truck when I got to the location to pick up my rental they tried to say that someone had called me and said that I had said it would be fine to get a small SUV (which was not true at all I never got a call!!) then after all that of course I was upset and then the manager John asked me if I had a change of "address card" because my license didn't have my up to date address which by the way the DMV says they don't do anymore because they print your license at the location! I asked questions about is there anything else they could take to show that it was my address and they said no only the changed of Address card or a license with the updated address on it. So again of course that irritated me more which I still didn't yell at them so I walked away then I called back to apologize for being a little bit snippy and asked if they could get the truck to the location by tomorrow or Monday and John proceeded to tell me they are "going to pass" that they had the right to deny service to anyone and they are not going to rent to me which is horrible customer service they messed up and then denied me service!!

  Our Enterprise rental car was excellent. But even more impressive was the friendly customer service both in the office and during the ride home. The team at Enterprise always treats us well. ~ Blessings!😇

  My car is currently at the shop, so I had to get a rental. The staff is super kind and respectful. I returned the rental I had earlier today, but my car is still being worked on, so I came back. Didn't feel judged or embarrassed, as they were understanding and got me a rental right away. Definitely go here. People are kind and you'll get the help you need.
