- WWWmanNov 5, 20252.0I would give this location “0 stars” if I could!!!! We had a leaking tire from a screw puncture & the nearest enterprise was “Gallup enterprise” so the 1-800 number said “yes go here and they will take care of you” When we arrived after driving a hour and half on a leaking tire we were NOT greeted friendly at all!!!! The manager named Kasandra was EXTREMELY rude, dismissive & flat out a B! She told us “you’ll be sitting here for a long time because I can’t help you and we need to wait for a email to come through to allow us to release this car.” So in the meantime my fiancée calls the 1-800 & and Kasandra talked over us while we were trying to get and the “okay” for a new car and thankfully we GOT a the car while Kasandra sat in the back of her desk looking at her phone. Next, she didn’t tell us anything and walk out to our “flat tire” rental and moved it away with our stuff still inside!!! So I go out there and go to where the car was parked and she was still in the car and I just said “sorry need to grab our stuff before you take it.” And just scoffed at me and got out and walked away…. Thanks to my fiancées quick thinking we managed to escape this place within 30 mins. I’ve never had a issue with enterprise in my 10 years of renting and this alone made it a terrible experience and I’m not sure how Kasandra is a manager with her wicked attitude and personality. Beware of this location!!!! Avoid if able.
