- DTDestiny Turner4 days ago1.0Awful company policy!! Stranded in New Jersey, made an online reservation using my Florida DL with no flags or disclaimers regarding it being out of state. When arriving was told because it is an out of state DL ONLY a major credit card is accepted for payment. They refused to accept my Visa bank credit card even though I have used it at other rental agencies. I even offered to pay cash for the rental in addition to putting the card on file. A simple ALERT WHEN YOU PUT IN AN OUT OF STATE LICENSE SAYING ONLY A MAJOR CREDIT CARD WOULD BE ACCEPTED would be a great way to not piss customers off when they are left scrambling with no transportation options on a Sunday morning. Not sure how living in another state suddenly makes me a red flag and financial risk. I thought we were all part of the same country.... Will never try to use this company again.

Kind of weird to leave a review for a rental car company but I travel a lot and was very impressed with this location . Everything from start to finish was easy and the staff were so friendly and personable. They called to confirm my rental the day before, I was in and out within a few minutes for pick up and drop off (I do have an account with the company which helps). Thanks for an excellent rental experience!
