  Super friendly and excellent customer service from setting up the appointment to checking out. I have never had such a pleasant experience at a service station. Brian was the service technician and he did a fantastic job!!! Edited to add Chelsea at the service desk was a rock star!

  A little disappointed with this experience. We are a military family and move frequently due to military assignments. We explained from the beginning that we only had a PO Box and did not yet have a permanent address. Even though a PO Box was ultimately not acceptable, the deal continued moving forward. As a result, we spent two days trying to make the transaction work, including moving all of our belongings from our old vehicle to the new one and then back again in extreme heat. This could have been avoided if we had simply been told upfront that the PO Box would prevent the deal from being completed. Hopefully this serves as a learning experience for the dealership, but unfortunately my husband and I ended up dealing with the inconvenience and hardship that could have been prevented.

  I had to have my car serviced here, and service was great! Chelsea was super helpful and made the process simple and seamless. It was a great experience and I'd definitely come here again.

  I had my vehicle serviced for the first time here and Chelsea Kester was phenomenal. The moment I pulled up, I felt welcomed and taken care of by her. The woman at check out was equally as great. 10/10 service. Looking forward to returning.

  I had a very positive experience purchasing a Mazda3 at Northtowne Mazda. I worked with Matthew Rayburn who was very direct and transparent throughout the process. Also, shoutout to the finance office for getting me in and out in 20minutes without any overly aggressive sales pitches. All in all, it was a painless experience purchasing the exact car I wanted at what I believe to be a very fair price. That’s all I could possibly ask for.
