  I recently got to work with Matthew from Northtowne Mazda and it was a great experience! I found the listing on Facebook and he was very quick to reply to my inquiry. I am from St. Louis and this was my first time buying a vehicle from far away. The whole team made the process super quick and easy and Matthew was very helpful and upfront about everything! I couldn’t have asked for a better experience and the vehicle was exactly what I was looking for!

  I purchased a new Mazda 3 hatchback in a gorgeous red metallic color. My purchase experience was pain-free and in fact kind of fun. My salesperson Jay Stillman gave me a thorough explanation of the vehicle’s features. Love my new car!

  I rarely give reviews, but when I see something that has exceptional service, I'm going to acknowledge it. I think everybody hates car shopping part of the reason is the minute you walk into a dealer.You get five people run into you.And they're trying to sell you a five cars you didn't even want. Well, i'm glad to know that this place is not like that. I've dealt with buying and selling many cars, and so i've had to deal with a lot of different type of dealerships and dealers, and this is by far one of the best, even the guys that have come in afterwards and try to upsell, they were very respectful. Everyone was very respectful and they didn't push you. And I just really appreciate that.And so i'm gonna acknowledge that.And thank you DW, you rock!!!

  do your research before you go in here I checked after I bought the car. I found out I made a mistake they said I already bought the car . I found out everyone was selling a nicer car for thousands cheaper.

  OMG!!! If you need a car, please go see my new friend at Northtowne Mazda in Gladstone off N. Oak!!! The BEST experience and he was reasonable, resourceful, patient, honest, nice and knowledgeable with my kids and me. I have never spearheaded buying a car (my hubs always does it) but I will buy my next one with Jason!!! SO AWESOME!!! Thank you so much, Jason. You have lifelong clients!!! ***UPDATED*** It's Northtowne MAZDA - Thank you, Jason!!!
