  My daughter recently located to the KC area and had a tire blow out on the interstate and other minor concerns. As a father over 3 hours away, daughter emergencies are my least favorite of life's surprises! Not knowing about reputable auto mechanic's in the area, I choose the safe bet and went with this Mazda dealer and holy cow was I impressed! The help provided by Shirley whom took my call and appointment, and Chelsea whom scheduled the tire replacement and a full auto inspection. Pricing for their assistance was more than fair but more importantly, the service provided, especially by the mechanic and Chelsea was greater than any rating I can provide. Much appreciated!

  Zac was very helpful in connecting me to my new Mazda, let me test drive multiple options and get a feel for the different cars offered. The process of trading in and buying my new car was simple and painless.

  I purchased a CX-30 today and had a PHENOMENAL experience. Zac was the associate who helped me and gave fantastic guidance. I was anxious to go in but Zac and the staff at Northtowne Mazda were so easy to work with. Highly recommend!

  I had some idea but also no idea on which car I wanted and was open to all models that fit best to what I was imagining. Zach was amazing and super helpful! He reassured us to take our time and to test drive as many cars as we wanted. He worked with our budget and found a perfect match!   Zach was great to work with! He helped us figure out which model worked best for us and was patient after test driving three cars. He took his time to explain each and every detail and differences between all the models. By the end of the day we found a car that worked great for our budget and wants.
