Had to pick up my car I just bought from my boss. Everyone was nice and helpful. Not thrilled the car needs some other work but at the price I paid for it (steal) It's better than a bank note.

Scheduled an appointment with Collin and it was extremely easy and fast. My advisor was Darryl and he was very kind, professional and helpful. Darryl checked and my issues were covered under warranty and all taken care of for me. He did a great Job. Thank you.

I had an appointment on Saturday morning to address a specific issue with my car. The agent I spoke with dismissed my concern, claiming everything was normal, though they did proceed with the service. I was promised that detailing would inspect and clean the windshield. When I was called to pick up the car, it was clear it had never gone to detailing. I returned on Tuesday, and again I was told detailing had been done and everything was fine — but the problem was still there. The manager then came over, said he had never seen the issue before, and took photos, promising to follow up with a call. That call never came. Frustrated, I took the car to an independent detail shop, where they cleaned the windshield immediately without any issue. The service here was disappointing from start to finish — dismissive staff, broken promises, and zero follow-through. I hope management takes this feedback seriously.

I went there last week to test drive a used vehicle. Luxury brand. When I sat in the car, the left side window switch broken, I was told the car went through extensive inspection before it is put on market to be sold. I told them to fix it and then call me so that I can come and buy the car. one and a half weeks gone no follow up great customer service. I called them twice was told I will get return call

I took my wife’s 2016 Mercedes Benz GLC300 to Mercedes Benz of Creve Coeur and the experience was completely unacceptable. My wife, Taneika Pettigrew, was told by service advisor Pam Oakes that the car needed a brand new turbocharger which would cost more than eight thousand dollars. There was no hesitation, no detailed explanation, and no attempt to consider anything other than the most expensive repair possible. Before letting them move forward with a repair that large, I did my own research and found that the symptoms matched a failed wastegate actuator, part number 274 090 42 00. This is a common and inexpensive failure point on the M274 engine. It is not a turbo failure. It is not a seven thousand dollar job. It is a simple actuator that can be replaced without removing the turbo. When I called back, Pam did not offer any real diagnostic reasoning. Instead, she said she believed the technician, Michael Schmitt, and then admitted that she had Googled what a wastegate actuator does and decided it did not match the symptoms. That alone tells you everything. Instead of proper diagnostics, they relied on Google and blind trust in a rushed conclusion. I explained the symptoms clearly and proved that the actuator did match the issue. Only then did she say she would talk to the technician and call me back the next day. That call never came. There was no follow up, no courtesy, and no professionalism. What makes this even worse is that I have already spent thousands of dollars with this dealership on maintenance over the years. You would think that kind of loyalty would earn at least a returned phone call or an honest attempt to avoid unnecessary repairs. Instead, I was upsold, dismissed, and ignored. So I replaced the wastegate actuator myself and the car now runs perfectly. A simple and inexpensive part completely solved the issue they claimed required a full turbo replacement. This was not just a misdiagnosis. It was a complete failure of basic service standards. Between the unnecessary upsell, the reliance on Google instead of proper diagnostics, and the refusal to follow up after promising to do so, I am done with this dealership. I strongly recommend that anyone considering service here get a second opinion before authorizing any major repair.
