    Extremely poor and unresponsive service department... I was supposed to get a call back for my door handle repair after my first service A appt at the end of January. At that time - I was told I should get a call back in a week or so once the part came in. Never got a call back in February and in early March - I decided to find out what was going on. That was when everything went sideways. NO ONE in the service department that I talked to at first seemed to have a clue what was going on. The parts department said there wasn't an order placed, the service department didn't seem to even acknowledge this repair request existed in the first place (which if they would look at my invoice from the Service A appointment - it had all the details around why my door handle needed repair). Finally someone texted me and asked if I ever got an update and I said no - the person then said they would get to the bottom of it. I was so grateful that I was finally going to have a resolution. I followed up the next day and asked if there was any update - and was told to call Curtis for an update.. mind you - every time I called the service department - it was an AI bot that answered the call and would tell me there's not a Curtis that worked there (huh???). So I would always have to maneuver my way to Curtis' number - and when I finally got there, it was ALWAYS his voicemail. I was so tired of playing phone tag at this point I threatened posting a bad review online about this horrible experience and the lack of any update, and Curtis eventually left me a detailed voicemail indicating the work order was still there and they would let us know when the part came in. This was March 7. A month has passed and I have yet to receive ANY update. I tried to reach Curtis again today with the "direct phone number" he left me in the voicemail on March 7 - and guess what - it was the AI bot answering again, and said there was no Curtis, so I asked for service department who routed me to Curtis.. and Surprise - I got his voicemail again. I am at a lost at this point on what else to do. I have a friend that has used this location's service before and raved about it. I don't know if it's the change of ownership or what is going on internally but their service level has completely gone down the drain.

    I never buy used car before always buy new one. But, I purchased used MB 2019 GLS 450 last July 2025. I was so busy last year until today. I have 2 brand new cars and we just planted to drive this used 7 seats car for family travel. I was so happy to find a vehicle for my family. After I sign up all paperwork salesmen told me to do something fix. I was so happy and I came back and he explained me to wait in waiting area we waited almost all day pickup our car but they just put back license plate bracket. They didn’t detail before sale every corner you find pets hair. I don’t have any pets all my life. I was so busy and drive to home while I was driving I feel 1st steering left to right click noise. 2nd rear passenger side airbag air leak at dealership parking lot. 3rd salesman told me when I was checking no pets at all but when I came at home I saw many pets hair. 4th salesman told me they fixed what I show him but nothing fixed last those days. I know it is used vehicle, but I trusted carfax report and local trade in and one owner vehicle. I wanted to write a review but I was so busy at all and I didn’t have any time to work with this vehicle. Day by day I am finding many plastic parts broken interior also. Interesting fact is we just drove after shopping few times and car still in garage nobody driving because of so many things need to fix. My advice new upcoming shoppers please double check either one owner, no accident, local trade in, please double check or bring your mechanic. I am not mechanic but I was so happy when I purchased. Never trust 5 stars reviews I trust and it is my first time used car buying experience. Almost 6-7 months car still in garage nobody driving we continue to pay insurance and car payments every month. One more attention new buyer please check vehicle window sticker they said as is and inside they said we will fix you don’t worry seat or wait we will call you when your car will ready. I seat with my kids and pickup my car after few days later nothing fixed at all. I don’t have no idea how they pass inspection. If I have a time I will upload all photos specially license plate bracket they replaced. Hopefully we had other 2 new cars hopefully. Sincerely, Sarvarbek

    Took my car in for a oil and the transmission fluid flush got charged almost $800, drove it home, parked it the next day going to work turn my car on. I see a bunch of smoke coming from the engine bay. The tech who works at the shop never tighten the oil filter oil splash all over my engine by,I called the dealership they came and brought me a loaner car, took my car in back to the shop after a week long without my car the manager said he would clean it and give me another oil change week later they brought the car back home, opened the engine bay. They never touched it. There are oil still all over my engine bay and never got an apology from them I will absolutely avoid this dealership at all cost.

    A special thank you to Dan Butler for an outstanding car-buying experience! He was knowledgeable, courteous, and incredibly patient throughout the entire process. I originally planned to just browse the inventory and then head to Dallas to make my purchase, but Dan completely changed my plans.
