    I have been bringing my car to Infiniti Plaza for 10 years and never really had any major issues. However yesterday was a terrible experience. I made a 7:40am appointment for an oil change the previous day. I work overnight...so as soon as I left work I went to the dealership arrived by 7:30am. No one else was in the building. Matt checked me in I told him I always take shuttle service home which is a quick 5 minute drive, I live a few miles away. No problem. This is what I have been doing for years. Usually they are texting me no more than an hour or hour and half later with recommendations etc and my car is ready to go. Yesterday I hadn't heard anything and it was 10:30am. So I called. He tells me my car is on the rack and asked did I need it back at a certain time. Im thinking to myself yeah I needed asap. You just can't keep my car all day for an oil change!? So he asked if I need a ride back etc. I said yes and I need my car by 11am. Well shuttle came 11:10am get back to dealership I still had to wait. I didn't leave the dealership until after 11:30am. 4hrs after I had dropped my car off. He tells me.."well people here waiting take priority" and then proceeds to tell me they had already did 30-35 cars. Im like what!? So whats the point of an appointment!? Why even offer shuttle service!? No one has ever told me this before!? Is this a new policy? My whole morning jammed up because you decided to let my car sit most of the morning? That's bad buisness and unacceptable. Especially for a loyal customer who has spent thousands with this dealership over the years.

    I have been reading the posts and it seems to have a bad Customer Service attitude and the Management response to all their Posts are same maybe that's why Plaza Motors not Top Dealership like they used to be

    Plaza Infiniti needs to take some lessons from Plaza Range Rover. Our whole experience with plaza Infiniti pales in comparison to plaza Range Rover!
