  Rental was good. Great gas mileage . Staff professional and knowledgeable. Pick up if vehicle and return of vehicle. Was both quick and easy.. staff are very good at this location. Have rented a vehicle here. Several times. Never an issue. . will rent again. If I have to need a rental for some reason in the future.

  Reviews at this location speak for themselves. We were dropped off by a taxi and 7:37am. A lady who worked there got out of her personal vehicle and started telling us they didnt open until 8am. We stated we knew , ( we just got dropped off by a taxi, where are we gonna go wait for 23 minutes ?) She said ok well dont touch or try to go into any of the cars. In which we told her uh we have no intentions of doing that... Very rude. We were discussing it amongst ourselves, the lady walks up and interrupts our conversation and says " You'd be surprised how many people do" Just before 8am, my husband, while standing outside in the parking lot, gets a call from her saying that the vehicle wont be ready until after 10am. While we are literally still standing in the parking lot. Then my brother in law who rented a vehicle too, gets a call saying his vehicle wouldnt be ready either. She did get the vehicles ready before 9am, but either way we were not impressed with the attituide. Wrecked our morning.

  I booked a car on their website. Called ahead of the booking date to ask a few questions but the staff was very very rude. Said they would get back to me by Friday as the reservation was for Monday but no, heard nothing. Tried calling the branch on Monday to which there was no answer. If I needed a car, this branch was not reliable and the staffs definitely was rude and unreliable as well.

  This was our first rental from this location, and overall we have been pleased so far (rental is still ongoing at the time of this review). The vehicle class we wanted was ready and available at pickup time, vehicle was nicely detailed inside and outside, and the pickup couldn't have gone smoother. Wish I had gotten the guys name that met with me, but he was very professional and customer service oriented. The location interior appeared clean and appealing too. Barring any issues with the return of our rental, I'd be more than happy to pick up a car from the Swift Current office again in the future.

  Horrible. Jessica was nice but her co-worker was incredibly rude and yelled at my wife and I. Booked a truck no truck. Told they don’t allow pets in the vehicle despite the pet policy on the enterprise website. If that wasn’t enough the car we rented shook like it was falling apart on the highway. Took it back and went elsewhere. Google really needs to permit 0 star ratings which for this location would still be too high.
