  This was our first rental from this location, and overall we have been pleased so far (rental is still ongoing at the time of this review). The vehicle class we wanted was ready and available at pickup time, vehicle was nicely detailed inside and outside, and the pickup couldn't have gone smoother. Wish I had gotten the guys name that met with me, but he was very professional and customer service oriented. The location interior appeared clean and appealing too. Barring any issues with the return of our rental, I'd be more than happy to pick up a car from the Swift Current office again in the future.

  Horrible. Jessica was nice but her co-worker was incredibly rude and yelled at my wife and I. Booked a truck no truck. Told they don’t allow pets in the vehicle despite the pet policy on the enterprise website. If that wasn’t enough the car we rented shook like it was falling apart on the highway. Took it back and went elsewhere. Google really needs to permit 0 star ratings which for this location would still be too high.

  Terrible experience. Initially they claimed they couldn’t find my reservation and wasted 30minutea before finally realizing it was their mistake. I wasn’t given the car untill evening but i was still charged for full day. The staff was unhelpful and uncooperative. Avoid this location
