Been travelling for work for a long time now and have over 120 rental days with National this year, but this has been so far the worst service with National and this is the second time at the same location. Just terrible service, overall if you travel for work often, and would like the best return for loyalty, I would suggest you stick with Hertz.

Terrible service at YQR. If you fly often for work, go with another rental company like Hertz.

I rented a vehicle from this location and initially I had so much issues that were unrelated to this National location however the employee Raj went above and beyond with his customer service and helping me. The issues I experienced were from the Calgary Airport National location, as the cleanliness and sensor safety related to the vehicles I was given were not up to standard (I was given a vehicle that had issues with the parking sensors that started causing blind spot sensors to malfunction and a service message coming up) even though they were made aware of this they still gave me the vehicle and the go-ahead to take it. I had lost hope in the whole situation but Raj really made up for it with his great customer service. Thank you Raj and the employees at Saskatoon Airport National for making up for my initial disappointment.
