  Brought my car in to get the alternator and belts replaced, they were respectful of time constraints and just overall had great service. Will definitely be bringing my car back when it needs work again

  Absolutely terrible experience from start to finish. Our vehicle sat at this auto shop for over a month and a half while we were constantly given the runaround. Communication was almost nonexistent. Calls and messages went unanswered, updates were either delayed or nonexistent, and every step of the process took far longer than it should have. When we finally came to pick up the vehicle, we were told they needed a few minutes to move some cars around. They brought our vehicle out front and left it running, which didn't seem unusual at the time. However, once we got it home, we shut it off and discovered it wouldn't start again. The battery was completely dead. This is a brand-new battery, which makes it pretty clear the vehicle hadn't been started or maintained during the month and a half it was sitting on their lot. Had they simply started it periodically or informed us the battery needed attention, this could have been avoided. Instead, it feels like they intentionally left it running just long enough for us to drive away without realizing there was an issue. The lack of communication, the excessive delays, and the condition our vehicle was returned in are completely unacceptable. We trusted them with our vehicle, and unfortunately that trust was not earned. I would not recommend this auto shop based on our experience.
