  Zack was very helpful, funny and made an oil change just about as fun as one can be. I would 1000% recommend this location for their excellent service. I hope Zack is a Manager if not…. Make him one. He appeared incredibly caring with his coworkers and was very positive.

  I needed an oil change before heading back home to BC, and Great Canadian Oil Change was the only shop open on Sunday without needing an appointment. I had a great experience today from start to finish! Austin was super friendly, funny, and professional. He took his time checking my car and made sure everything was safe and ready for my long drive back home. I really appreciate the excellent service and the care Austin took with my vehicle. Thank you, Austin! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

  Zack and Aussie ,,,, Excellent service from start to finish! The staff at Canadian Oil Change were friendly, professional, and very efficient. They explained everything clearly without any pressure to buy extra services, and the oil change was completed quickly while I stayed in my vehicle. They also checked my fluids and tire pressure, which was a nice bonus. Great customer service, fair pricing, and an overall hassle-free experience. I’ll definitely be coming back and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for fast and reliable vehicle maintenance.

  Today I visited this location for an oil change. The employee who assisted me, and who identified himself as the manager, told me there would be an additional $70 charge. When I asked why, he claimed it was due to the wars in the Middle East and Ukraine affecting the price of oil. He also said that because it was my first time at this location, first-time customers were required to pay this extra fee. I told him I had never heard of such a policy before. He then said he was giving me a $20 discount, meaning I would have to pay $50 extra, for a total of $129 for the oil change. The explanation did not make sense to me, so I called my boyfriend for advice. He suggested that I not proceed with the service, so I informed the manager that I would be taking my vehicle elsewhere. As I was leaving, he sarcastically said, “Enjoy the snow,” referring to the fact that my vehicle still has winter tires. It was an unnecessary and unprofessional comment. It felt as though, because he could not convince me to accept the extra charge, he chose to make a sarcastic remark instead. I am very concerned that he appeared to be taking advantage of someone with limited knowledge about cars. In fact, when I arrived, I specifically mentioned that I was not very familiar with vehicle maintenance. I cannot help but wonder whether I would have been treated the same way if I had been a man. I would like to file a formal complaint regarding this manager’s conduct and the misleading information I was given. I would also appreciate being contacted by someone in a supervisory or management position to discuss this matter further.
