- ANAustin Nygaard4 days ago5.0Can't recommend these guys enough. Took my wife's vehicle in for an Oil change despite not knowing she had only gotten one a couple months ago. These guys were super honest and told me it was way too early for an oil change. Shout out to Jamie and Robyn for taking care of me! Will gladly come back when I'm actually due for an oil change! Not many places with this much integrity these days!!
- MDmark debruijn6 days ago1.0Saskatoon GCOC sucks.we have traveled Canada twice, and have had our oil changed dozens of times. Only here, they will not change it in a ford e450. It make absolutely no sense.
- MRMarko ReeSep 27, 20261.0Do not take your vehicle here. I had a very disappointing and concerning experience at this Great Canadian Oil Change location. After my vehicle was serviced, I discovered that an engine cap had been left unsecured, and the filter was also not installed and secured properly. This led to a serious problem with my engine. When I returned to the location to ask what happened and try to get the issue addressed, the manager was extremely rude and unprofessional. Instead of taking responsibility and helping resolve the situation, the manager threatened to call the police on me. This was completely unacceptable. When you trust a business with your vehicle, you expect the work to be done properly and safely. Based on my experience, I will never return to this location. I strongly recommend checking your vehicle carefully after any service here.
- AAAdeoluSep 24, 20265.0Austin explained the oil change options nd prices very well and walked me through other recommendations in a detailed way. Justin did a great job on the oil. Overall a very comfortable first oil change experience.
- BEBreanna EricksonSep 18, 20262.0Rae-Anna was amazing, she was friendly. Austin H was incredibly rude, walked away while in the process of gathering my information to take a phone call and telling no one that I still needed to be set up. Continued to take things off my car without showing me or asking if I wanted anything replaced. I always come to this location but after today’s interaction I will not be returning.
