In blatant terms! Upselling parts that were not needed, inadequate maintenance, management attitudes are unprofessional, more than willing to keep your money and leaving you with the burden of frustration. P.S. Fountain Tire. I don't care about your patronizing comment!

Absolutely stellar service, friendliness and integrity, from start to finish. They did a diagnostic and a small(ish) fix in a day, nice and quick. While fixing that they found some more stuff that needed to be fixed, and sent me pictures and videos showing me. Then they sent me a quite and booked me in for a few days later. They day before my appointment, they were super understanding when I called and rescheduled as we were about to get a nice end of April snow storm and I was concerned I might not make it into the city as I live out of town. Then on the day of the major work... when they did the work, they noticed that something quoted was still in good condition and didnt need to be changed. They adjusted the bill to reflect the decrease in labour and removed the cost of the part. Honesty, integrity, friendly, fast and trustworthy. They are now my go to place :) Highly recommend them!!!

Frequently Asked Questions About Fountain Tire

When should I replace my tires?

Tires wear out over time, and how long they last depends on things like road conditions, driving habits, inflation, and temperature. The best way to know when to replace them is to check them regularly. Common ways to measure tread include the following. - Tread wear bars: When these are flush with the tread, it’s time to replace. - Coin test: If too much of the coin shows, your tread is low. - Tread depth gauge: The most accurate way to measure. If your tread is low or you see cracks, bulges, or notice vibration, come see us.

What are some signs my vehicle is out of alignment?

It doesn’t take much to throw your alignment off—potholes, curbs, or just everyday driving. Poor alignment can lead to faster tire wear and poor handling. Common signs include: - Vehicle pulls to one side - Crooked steering wheel - Uneven tire wear - Loose or unstable steering - Vibration in the steering wheel If something feels off, we’re happy to take a look.
