I would give this location a negative star if I could. The manager tried to claim fraud on the rental I had and didn't even have the audacity to speak to me in person about it. The office is also very unkept. Being the 2nd customer through the door upon opening and seeing a dirty office does not leave a good first impression. Would not recommend! Save yourself the grief and go to another location!

I recently rented a truck from Enterprise and was very satisfied with my experience. The booking process was easy, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the vehicle met my needs. Overall, the service was smooth and reliable.

⚠️ Please check every part of the car before renting from this Enterprise location. We rented a Chrysler Pacifica for 4 days from Saskatoon to Calgary. When returning it, the employee found a dent on the roof that we are absolutely sure we did not cause. The car is huge and we never thought to check the roof before driving it, and unfortunately we didn’t take pictures as proof. We had booked a Mazda CX-90 but were given a Chrysler instead. Overall, a very disappointing experience. Take photos/videos of the entire car, including the roof, before leaving the lot.
