  Me and my family have used enterprise for multiple years growing up, but that has come to an end after this experience I booked a car through Costco for work for a two week Period. I was quoted $638, When I got off the plane, counter person named Raj that was very unpleasant And did not know how to do his job He overcharged me by $100 even after I showed him my receipt from Alamo and Costco Things got a little heated after he said he would refuse me service because he was getting frustrated because he wanted to charge me more then what the quote was But I was stuck. I ended up paying the 720 because I had no other alternative and I had to get to work. I even told him I was gonna call and follow up with Costco and Alamo the following day. I then stated you should know how to do your job better Once everything was said and done The next day, I called Costco and Alamo to complain about the behaviour from Raj and being overcharged and asked for an explanation . Then I get a phone call from the owner of Alamo at Saskatoon Airport (HARISH),I even asked him why I was overcharged. He couldn’t give me any valid reasons. By then, I figured I was talking to a brick wall and just told him that his Worker was rude to me ( Then he flipped the tables on me and said I was rude to them Also, “claiming “ that the woman behind me, complained that I was rude as well ) What ever makes you sleep at night I guess lol If that was the case, then why rent me the car that day ? I would be a little bit upset too if I was that woman and I had to wait 45 minutes for the person in front of me to get a car rental because Raj didn’t know how to do his job Later, what I found out was when I missed my flight And I had to pick it up a day late. I called Alamo and gave them my new flight number. They took it upon themselves to make a new booking without my Costco discount. ( you would think picking up the car a day late would be cheaper than the original cost not more expensive) You gotta really watch these scam artist , seems to be happening more and more all over Canada with people like raj and harish everywhere you look It’s a shame because it makes you feel on edge putting trust into these companies Anyways, never again …

  0 customer service I accidentally left an item in the car and was told on multiple occasions someone would reach out to me to discuss and they never did. When I called the customer service line to follow up all they keep saying is there is notes on the file that they called me and left a voicemail. I have no missed calls and/or voicemails from this company so I don't believe they actually tried to call me. At this point my item was likely thrown out and they don't want to admit it. I would not recommend renting a vehicle from Alamo based on this experience as there is 0 customer service.

  An amazing rental experience! The pick up was super seamless, and the return was even easier! All of the workers I encountered at this location were beyond friendly and ready to help with any need. I will definitely rent a car from this location again, and will be recommending to friends and family. Thank you!!
