  The oil change and service has always been ok But they no longer will give you a paper receipt for work performed For people who keep records you now have to give them personal information This will be the last time I will use there services

  I’ve always brought my vehicles here for service because the staff have been respectful and the service process has always seemed fair. I even bring my work vehicle here for servicing. However, today, August 20, at around 3:40 PM, I arrived about 15–20 minutes before another customer. When I was about to go in for service, I was stopped and told that the other customer was next because they were supposedly on the list. I don’t know the exact reason I was passed over, but the way the situation was handled made me feel that I was treated differently. The other customer was white, and unfortunately, the experience left me wondering whether race played a part in how I was treated. I’ve been a loyal customer because I trusted this place to treat customers fairly and respectfully, so this experience was extremely disappointing. I decided to leave and not get the service done anymore.

  I always dread getting my oil changed but my experience today was comically amazing. Showed up and was offered a full drink menu, FLOWERS, a gift bag, and just incredible service by everyone. I genuinely couldn't believe it. Josh was SO kind and explained everything so well. The team was fast but efficient and super friendly. You've got a new loyal customer, my mom and I were thrilled!

  I was at the Quance location today. It was already quite busy when I got there which was fine. I know how they run as we are long time customers. There was a lot of commotion today as the police were there detaining a guy from a minivan that was in line. The staff (girl serving drinks and guy working in the right bay) were obviously distracted because they missed me not once but twice. When I confronted the guy, he gave zero cares. The girl wasn’t around. I left and went to a different place for my oil change. I will never return. Worst experience by far. It’s a shame as we have been coming here for years.
