  First time at Great Canadian Oil Change in Regina, and it was a great experience. Jake and Griffin were a fun crew to deal with and made the whole visit surprisingly entertaining. Bree was super friendly too, and the iced tea was honestly excellent—I might have to come back just to get the recipe! Thanks for making what could’ve been a routine oil change a genuinely enjoyable stop.

  Title: Incompetent, unprofessional, and potentially dangerous I had an absolutely terrible experience at the Canadian Tire Oil Change on Rochdale Avenue. I went in for a simple summer tire change, and it turned into a 50-minute nightmare. It should have been a red flag from the start. Despite the bays being completely empty, no one came to assist me for over five minutes. I finally had to get out of my car and walk into the bay to ask for service, only to find the manager and an employee trying to figure out how to work the printer. When I asked if they could do my tires, they said "yes, as soon as we figure out what is wrong with the printer." Once they finally took my car in, what should have been a 20-minute job took nearly an hour. After waiting 40 minutes, I asked what was taking so long. The manager claimed they were "swamped," but I could clearly see three employees standing around on their phones. When I pointed this out, he told me I wasn't "helping the situation." The real issues started after I left. As I pulled out of the bay, my handbrake warning light came on—even though it had never been touched. I had to stop the car and manually engage/disengage it just to get the light to turn off. The next day, my engine oil light came on, indicating my car was over 1.5 liters low on oil. I came in for tires, not an oil change, so how did this happen? This location is either completely incompetent or straight-up dishonest. I would take them to court if I could. Do yourself a favor and avoid the Rochdale location at all costs. The Albert Street location is far superior—they had my oil changed in 20 minutes and even cleaned my windshield. Save your time, money, and engine—go anywhere else.
