  I'm able to use Enterprise quite regularly for work purposes; the vast majority of my experiences have been very good. I'm always impressed by the way the team can address challenges in such a fast-paced environment. My complaint: being on hold. I understand being on hold has to happen sometimes, and again, I know how busy this branch can get. But please, Enterprise, PLEASE! change your hold messaging. I've listened to your "cleaning measures" advertisement hundreds of times, on loop, over and over. It makes waiting on hold almost unbearable because you can't do anything else while you wait. The talking just grates on the mind! I wouldn't be surprised if you'd have less hostility from phone-line customers who have had to wait on hold for service if you simply played some sort of gentle elevator music.
