  Friendly staff but in general poorly equipped to handle reservations. In both cases vehicle had to be substituted; many others had been waiting for vehicles to be inspected, cleaned, gassed, etc. manager was apologetic and made promises, but those were ultimately empty promises from corporate.

  Some employees speak their foreign language to each other while the customers have no clue what they saying..I swear they were making fun of the guy next to me! They seemed to have no self-awareness nor consideration for their customers in that regard. In the workplace, Enterprise should have an English only policy. It's called "full transparency" It's actually very inconsiderate behaviour.

  Always one stop solution for me for rental cars and any issues while renting. Please and please add more 7 seaters in the fleet, I have been declined twice for 7 seaters as they were all rented out weeks before. Also it would be surprising to see Hybrid/PHEV/EV in the fleet!!

  Wonderful experience, absolutly hassle free and smooth, Adhnan was really professional and knowledgeable, after i returned the vehicle Jarry closed the contract also very quick and Steph she even went as far to send me an email asking about my experience, such a professional crew really amazing, i kindda felt like the centre of the world. LOOOOVVEE IT.......
