Took new rims and tires to be mounted here, owner decided to see if he still knew how and gouged the rim with the tire bar, then had his manager message and say it came out of the box that way, after the tire was mounted, sent pics of the rims before they went over without the blemish, never heard back after that, too bad the owner couldnt just man up and admit he made an error instead of trying to sluff it off as a shipping error. very disappointing however lesson learned.

I got amazing service. From beginning to end the staff were awesome, kind, knowledgeable, and fast. Tires, oil, follow up. Great business all around. It fits the standards that the Fountains originally anticipated. Well done staff and owners.

Cory is great. He makes sure you understand exactly what the problem is and how they plan to fix it. The quotes you are given are usually what you end up paying within a few dollars. Cory seems to me to be friendly, efficient, and knows his stuff.

Frequently Asked Questions About Fountain Tire

When should I replace my tires?

Tires wear out over time, and how long they last depends on things like road conditions, driving habits, inflation, and temperature. The best way to know when to replace them is to check them regularly. Common ways to measure tread include the following. - Tread wear bars: When these are flush with the tread, it’s time to replace. - Coin test: If too much of the coin shows, your tread is low. - Tread depth gauge: The most accurate way to measure. If your tread is low or you see cracks, bulges, or notice vibration, come see us.

What are some signs my vehicle is out of alignment?

It doesn’t take much to throw your alignment off—potholes, curbs, or just everyday driving. Poor alignment can lead to faster tire wear and poor handling. Common signs include: - Vehicle pulls to one side - Crooked steering wheel - Uneven tire wear - Loose or unstable steering - Vibration in the steering wheel If something feels off, we’re happy to take a look.
