I had a great experience with them in the past, but Jeremie, the staff member, needs to improve his customer service skills. He always seems rushed and unpleasant. It’s not terrible, but his service is lacking.

I received good customer service! I needed new tires on my car asap as the tires I had on were very faulty but they didn’t have the tires for my car in stock & said they wouldn’t be in until next week. Luckily I was able to get new tires elsewhere and Fountain Tire was able to fit me in on their busy schedule to get them installed as they were the only tire shop in town who was available to do a tire swap today. Appreciate you guys!

These guys saved our butts when we were stranded in SK trying to get back to AB. Saturday they carved out time to help, even when their schedules were already packed. They were thorough and had us back on the road in less than an hour. Jeremy was fantastic and would highly recommend. Great people and great service - 10/10

I will never understand the logic behind everyone doing break at the same time. Unbelievably inefficient, and kind of wasteful/disrespectful to your customers. But it seems to be the norm across the board in Canada.

Frequently Asked Questions About Fountain Tire

When should I replace my tires?

Tires wear out over time, and how long they last depends on things like road conditions, driving habits, inflation, and temperature. The best way to know when to replace them is to check them regularly. Common ways to measure tread include the following. - Tread wear bars: When these are flush with the tread, it’s time to replace. - Coin test: If too much of the coin shows, your tread is low. - Tread depth gauge: The most accurate way to measure. If your tread is low or you see cracks, bulges, or notice vibration, come see us.

What are some signs my vehicle is out of alignment?

It doesn’t take much to throw your alignment off—potholes, curbs, or just everyday driving. Poor alignment can lead to faster tire wear and poor handling. Common signs include: - Vehicle pulls to one side - Crooked steering wheel - Uneven tire wear - Loose or unstable steering - Vibration in the steering wheel If something feels off, we’re happy to take a look.
