  Completely booked movie, and they allowed some people to stand in the steps, and alot of people talking!! assume they didn't have tickets. Popcorn 1st was over salted, then reordered and got no salt or butter.

  Awful movie experience here. A waiter dumped someone slushy on my when dropping off popcorn. We went to the Michael Jackson movie and people were talking the whole time, people answering phone calls behind us, and people turning on flashlights several times. There were not 10 minutes of silence during the movie before someone would start a conversation again. I will never return to this theater, what a waste of money and disrespect to other movie goers

  Good luck ordering a drink! We went to the Devil Wears Prada 2. The bartendress made one friend one drink, didn't say hello or addressed the rest of us, and went back on her phone. Waited for maybe 5 minutes more, and then I lost my drink appetite and we left and went and got seated for a movie. It was not busy, we were the only people at the bar. Sheesh!

  I didn't know till after the movie one of my armrests was ripped up but it didn't ruin my experience. Went today with family because we are divided between Milwaukee, Franklin and Waukesha and wanted to make it fair for everyone. Great experience, very impressed with the staff and service! Venue was clean and although smaller than some theaters we didn't have to wait long for anything. Shout out to Team Lead Shalen (hope I spelled it correctly) who was kind, attentive and helpful! We all agreed we will be back!

  We saw the 7pm showing of the Michael Jackson movie. When inside, the theatre was probably 50% booked. The woman next to me, an adult, was singing the whole time. And behind me a mother let her multiple kids run amuck. Multiple people chit chatting and on their phones in the theatre. We used the feature where you can order snacks to your seats. Placed the order for a large popcorn and a soda at 7:15. At 7:45 I went to the lobby to see why it was taking so long. I waited 5 mins for someone to even talk to me because they are so understaffed. My food and drink had been sitting on a shelf. They said the “row wasn’t listed.” I showed my receipt where it said delivery to G8 at theatre 1. Is G not the row??? It is. I asked for a remake so it was warm and head back to my theatre. At 8:15 or so I go BACK OUT to the lobby and wait for someone to talk to me again and they said they tried to deliver twice and I wasn’t there. I’m like, it’s popcorn and soda can you just put it in my hands??? They did. I returned to my theatre. The popcorn was cold. The movie ended 15 minutes later. This place is very low service, low class clientele, just trash. Won’t be returning. For $60 ($20 per person, $20 for the sofa and popcorn) this was a mega waste of money and time. I’d have a better experience watching a movie on my phone in a night club. I called several times trying to get a refund and no one answers the phones. Very low class venue.
