Including charging my 1-year-old for a ticket when the website says tickets are for age 3 and older. When I asked the young worker about it, she said new policy says everyone needs a ticket. The supervisor standing behind her said nothing. Checked the website again today... the box office is either misinformed or purposely deceiving customers... because the site clearly states 3 and over. If you're going to pay full price for a movie, go somewhere with reclining seats and legroom. This theater is quite outdated and not worth the fare, in my opinion.
