  The amount of money we spend here and then being told to throw away a freshly opened drink is crazy. It was a zero sugar, zero caffeine soda that is a treat for me. I like to make healthy choices so we packed a lunch and ate it outside before coming in. My soda was still 3 quarters full. I assumed that it would be okay to bring it in since I see people bring Starbucks in here all the time, as have I. But no, I was told I could not bring it in. I was pissed and threw it away and asked for the socks I just paid for. The manager started to say “if you’re going to be rude” but I walked away bc I wasn’t going to hear it. What, you’re going to kick me out after I just paid for entry and socks bc I was annoyed at your lack of accommodation? Please. We are never booking another birthday party here. We spent like $400 total when my daughter had her party here and yeah like the other reviews, the pizza was disgusting. All they offer here is ultra processed trash food anyway. The only reason we will return is bc our daughter really likes it here. And I will NEVER purchase any drinks or food here ever again bc it’s all unhealthy AND I don’t like how “outside food and drink” policy is handled. So you’ll allow Starbucks but not a tiny can of soda? Okay, so you don’t accommodate the people who pay hundreds of dollars here. Cool. Good job.

  An absolute gem of a place!! Ive lived in eau claire my whole life, and weve never ever had a place like this. It was SO needed, especially when its winter most of the time and indoor activities are few, and kids need to run off energy! They keep it VERY clean and its always been immaculate everytime ive been here. Obviously if you come during peak cold and flu season you run the risk of your kiddos coming down with something as you do any place during that time, but that is not the establishments fault! They do an amazing job keeping everything clean and sanitized the best they possibly can. Out of all the places to take my kids during sick season this is the place i feel most comfortable doing so. So thankful for this place!!

  Terrible experience. Would never go back. Our kids only got to play for about a half hour. The staff was rude and not accommodating. Our two autistic children were kicked out of the area with the ball pit because they were “too old” to play in that area. All they wanted to do was go down the slides and play with the balls. They weren’t hurting anything and there were only a few kids playing in the area.

  We really love it here! My only complaint is the check in process could be smoother. It took us about 15 minutes today waiting in line for others to fill out waivers. Maybe it could be clearer and have 2 lines, one line for people to fill out waivers and one whom already have and/or have 2 people working the check in line? Otherwise, this place is great! :)
