This place is great for kids! Even adults who are active chasing their kids. And you can't beat the price! Only thing i have to say is it does get really crowded! The seating is not enough for how popular it is. But that didn't stop our fun. This place is TOO cool, I definately hope they expand it one day! Can't wait to visit again

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Had a really fun time at 4 Treasures Adventure Park! 😄 There’s honestly a ton to do here, from the huge multi-level playground and slides to the ninja course, arcade, and different areas for younger kids. 🛝🎮🥷 It’s easy to spend a few hours here because there’s always something else to check out. Everything was clean and the whole place had a fun, energetic atmosphere. 👍 I also liked that there are areas where adults can sit and relax while still keeping an eye on the kids. The café is a nice bonus too if you want to grab something to eat or drink. 🍕🥤 Definitely a great place for a family day out, especially if you’re looking for something to do indoors. I’d definitely come back again! 😊🏆

Really enjoy this place. Lots of options for all play levels. Very clean and well-maintained. Staff were actively walking the place to ensure safety of the kids. Also, everything was super durable and not flimsy as I had to follow my kid throughout the laeger structure nonstop. Concessions were available and I was surprised at the large amount of options. Weekdays are definitely where it's at if you can do it.

⭐️⭐️ 2/5 Stars The facility itself is clean, well-maintained, and has plenty of staff. Unfortunately, our experience was extremely disappointing when it came to accommodating a child with a disability. I provide respite care for a 6-year-old child who is non-verbal and has level 3 autism. While he was playing, he wanted to go into the 3-and-under area to play in the ball pit. A staff member kicked him out of the area twice. I explained to her that he is non-verbal, has autism, is unable to read, and does not understand age restrictions the same way a typical child would. He is also a very small 6-year-old. I completely understand that rules exist for safety reasons, and I respect that. However, in this situation, there was no safety issue whatsoever. I was standing directly beside him supervising him the entire time, and there was only one other child in the 3-and-under area who wasn’t even playing in the same space as him. What was especially upsetting was that, after I explained his disability and why he was having difficulty understanding the rule, there didn’t seem to be any willingness to accommodate or find a reasonable solution. He wasn’t being disruptive, hurting anyone, or creating a safety concern. He simply wanted to play. I understand that businesses have rules, but I also believe that children with disabilities deserve compassion, patience, and reasonable consideration. Being repeatedly removed from an area without any attempt to accommodate his needs was heartbreaking to watch. The park itself is nice, but based on our experience, I would not recommend 4 Treasures Adventure Park to families with autistic or disabled children unless they are prepared for a potentially unaccommodating experience. I hope management will take situations like this seriously and consider additional disability-awareness training for staff.

We are Regulars. This is definitely the best indoor playland and activity center in the greater Eau Claire Area. We live about an hour away, and litterally changed which city we do our shopping day in so our 6 year old can play here during our shopping day's intermission. We avoid Saturday Afternoons, because it gets very crowded (Proof of how awesome this place is). We did have our birthday party here and our host 'Evelyn' made sure everything was perfect. Will likely do birthdays here till we age out. The staff are friendly, but also nip unsafe play in the bud. Which is great, because that means I can relax and enjoy my coffee. If you guys are thinking at all of franchising or just opening more locations, do it.
